This is Seriously Unfortunate that I Have To Leave such A negative review and I’ve been a Long term customer of shell gas station for Many Years But Today , 9/18/2024 around 3:20 in the afternoon I came into the gas station located at 808 44th St SW, Wyoming, MI 49509 I Paid For $20 in gas at pump number 14 and I received NO gas in my car when I arrived at the gas station I was on Empty completely and I really needed that gas I was on my way to pick up my children I went back in the gas station and notified the attendant that something is wrong with the pump I was on I explained to her that I pumped my gas and NOTHING came out I asked her to check the pump and informed her that she could also check my gas meter so she could see I wasn’t trying to get over but she was extremely rude and dismissive and told me point blank That it shows I pumped on the camera and That was that I literally went across the street to the next gas station and the gas Pumped TOTALLY fine I’m not quite sure what’s shell/Johnnys policy but I’m out of $20 and felt very disrespected and Blown off I definitely won’t be back….

Clean and typical gas station prices but the cashier was annoyed that she had to be there and lacks basic customer service skills.

Good selections in store, stopped for gas and was a reasonably good price. Employees where nice and store was clean. No complaints and in and out in no time.

Staff are always friendly, but the reason I know that is because the pumps reject my tap pay AND my chip card almost every visit

The pumps play ads. You don’t get to force an ad down my throat as I’m paying for gas.

Cards are never accepted at the pump and the employees are rude
