Oil Change was good however if all I wanted was an oil change I wouldn't go here. They didn't check anything besides the oil and lied on my receipt. Didn't check lights, tire pressure, wipers. I highly doubt they checked transmission fluid, or power steering, or anything else in engine compartment. A very subpar location.

Chris, Joey, and Lucas made sure I was all set to drive away with fresh oil and a full transmission! Even checked all of my tires for me before I left. Will be back every 3,000 miles to be taken care of by this fine crew! ?Services: Transmission

Customer service was Outstanding! Quick service! Low prices! I was very happy with their service. Chris, and Kevin gave me the best customer service. Kevin took the time to explain things and answer my questions and Chris made sure I was happy with their service. The techs Joseph and Felix were quick and efficient in doing their jobs. Paid $75 for my full service high mileage oil change today and that was with a coupon and they had me out the door in 10 minutes but did not even check my tire pressure. Can’t trust everything was done when they don’t complete the job. You pay top price but don’t get a complete job.Service: Oil change

Literally love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Grand Rapids! :) Have never had a bad experience in the multiple times I’ve been here for my oil change! The employees are SO kind. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes this morning! They checked my coolant, filters, washer fluid, lights and turn signals, and topped my tires off!

Yesterday I received absolutely fantastic service. Christopher, William, Zane and Davon we're so gracious and all of them did absolutely fantastic finding out the problem I was having with my antifreeze. I am very blessed to have a place I can go and have such wonderful service and people who care about their customers like they did. Highly recommend this place to everyone.Service: Oil change
