Order a part online that says this location has in stock and will be ready in an hour. Drive 40 minutes to go pick it up before they close just to be told they don't have the part, didn't even try to help order or see if another location has it in stock.

I've gone to this O'Reilly Auto Parts a couple times now and would very much recommend it over other auto parts shops in the area! Their edge is that they provide more free services, such as (uncomplicated) replacements with purchase of certain items. They seem to always have at least one very knowledgeable staff member each shift. Today it was Jerry, who installed two different light bulbs I purchased. I can't overemphasize how much I appreciate him replacing those bulbs and having a positive attitude about it! Staff at other places will grumble about it for sure, especially on a cold day. But Jerry gave great insight and tips on top of providing great service.

Horrible, I had a 1 hour wait, there were 3 people in front of me, the people who charged left, it took a long time inside, they saw that there were many people in line and they did not charge, terrible service

Drove all the way from Muskegon because they didn’t answer the phone just to see if they had a part that I needed that all the other stores said they did got in the store. Everyone is just standing around not doing anything so unprofessional.

Stood here for 20 minutes. No employees helping anyone. Huge line. The employees all kept peaking out from the back but no one came to help the customers. Poor customer service to say the least.

"They have good service and they always have the parts I need. The staff are always extremely helpful, and will help you figure out, and even do a lot of things for you. It is nice to not have to get my hands dirty sometimes."**Says my husband, who is the one who actually shops here lol.**
