Do not rent room 303 of building 2332. It has mold and they won't do anything about it.
My wife went to the hospital for mold exposure. I went to the office to see if they would test for mold. They said "we can absolutely do that, we'll have someone Monday or Tuesday". Next time I reach out to them they said they actually wouldn't test for it, even after I showed them an at home test with lots of visible mold in it. Their communication is ridiculously unreliable, and they obviously don't care about keeping anyone safe.
Would not recommend to anyone I know.
Prairie park, please do not respond to this or reach out unless you are thinking about paying me back for the last two months of rent we spent elsewhere for the sake of my wife's health. She's feeling far better now, far away from your complex.

These people are awful. Completely dishonest and go back on their word. They refused to check for mold in our apartment even though we proved to them that there was mold with an at home test that we purchased ourselves. They first told us they would test professionally only to change their mind the very next morning. I was feeling sick and nauseous and dizzy every time I spent time in our apartment and finally figured out the issues. I even went to the hospital once because I was so sick. Never felt sick anywhere else except our apt I would feel it immediately. They would not let us break our lease even though it was inhabitable for us. We tried to talk to them many times. They would ignore our emails and messages for weeks at a time. Broke their word. And we were being double charged for utilities and they never helped us figure out why or reimbursed us. We were very upset living here and I wish I could say my husband and I’s first home together was a haven but it made me sick every time I was there more than 10 minutes. Very rude staff too, people rolled their eyes at us for complaining about mold. MOLD!

Should not be advertised as non-smoking apartments.Lease and website promises a “non smoking” apartment, yet neighbors smoke cigarettes on their balconies every night until 5-6AM. And the smoke enters all neighboring units. Sent so many requests in to address this to no avail. Despite health concerns, they truly do not care enough. Oldebrooke was so much better before it was bought out by ReNew. I can’t open any windows or doors as the SMOKING on the BALCONY causes difficulty breathing. It enters through the AC too.If sending notices doesn’t and hasn’t work, the complex needs to abide to their LEGAL documents to keep other tenants safe by enforcing their leases. So unfair and unprofessional to those that live next to the unit and pay their rent consistently.

Just helped move my Granddaughter in there today. Very disappointing. Not clean. Not painted, walls are dirty, holes from nails and screws. Window blinds are broken. There's more but these are the high points.

Horrible place we never got our $300 for holding the apartment after being denied after they said, they could approve us because honestly, I do have bad credit. But there are landlords out there willing to work with us and we fine at home but we need our $300 back and never got it.Don’t paid there fees since steak money

Honestly, zero stars isn’t low enough. We never even moved in.For starters, there was absolutely NO communication on their end other than one person who told us conflicting information both times they finally decided to call us back. We had to call no less than five times to ever even hope to get a call back. No email replies, three phone calls over a span of a month and they refused to tell us why our application wasn’t being processed. As it turns out, apparently a government issued 10-99 tax form wasn’t viable. They screwed us over, as our supposed move in date came and went, and it was almost five days before they ever called us to say our application had been rejected.I am an independent contractor in the Equine industry, so I don’t get regular pay stubs. I’m either payed in cash, check, or PayPal. We applied at the beginning of June, and it took three weeks just to find out that they wouldn’t accept our application. It’s very disappointing to pay $150 and get absolutely garbage service. Their corporate customer service line that has nothing to do with the application process was easier and more accommodating to talk to than the people who actually worked in the office.Long story short, don’t waste your time. Find somewhere else, or you’ll just end up eating the cost.

BEWARE: the maintenance crew is terrible, and so is it the staff in the office. The maintenance crew start pounding as hard as they can to wake up all the residents in the apartment. They start working at 8:00 AM in the morning. I tried to call the office in regards of starting at a better time for those who work the night shift and she just hung up on me when I began questioning their decisions. Do yourself a favor and go to Waterchase!!!!
