“We rented a UNIT for two months and have nothing but great things to say about the entire process. From quoting to final pick-up, everything was very straightforward and there were no hidden fees. “Roger Taylor and his crew were fabulous getting our boxes and furniture from the house, garage and storage unit! They even boxed up a few things we hadn’t gotten packed yet. Very thoughtful they put down rugs to not risk scrapes or dirt getting on the floors. For our first time using a moving company Roger was kind and helped us know what the plan was and checked in with us frequently making sure everything looked great! We so appreciate their fast and efficient work!”

“Moving our parents from a condo to a Senior Living facility went so smoothly. They came in and wrapped and packed everything up and then set the apartment up just like the condo was. When SMS was walking out, my parents were walking in. My mom said. “This is beautiful!” I highly recommend SMS. They are caring and very efficient.”
“We had a great team help with the moving process!! Gavin and Parker packed the boxes on day one and Jackson, Luke, Bill, and Braxton on day two to load the trucks. They worked well together and you could tell the we’re having fun. They were done earlier than expected and problem solved well on a few of the big items. Would definitely hire them again.”

“Make sure you go in knowing if you need their insurance or not. Maybe even check with your insurance policy. They do try to sell you with the fact that you do not have to pay the whole cost up front and then submit to your insurance, but you pay their deductible and their insurance will fix damages. Also know that you have to have all changes done before you leave the parking lot whether it's with the counter or the app. I was not able to remove the insurance when I went across the street to get Some coffee and look at the app as I thought I could. The owner was generous enough to refund the insurance I did not want or need when I checked out however, so that was appreciated!! Also I was told upon early return that if you return the rental early you do not get reimbursed for the insurance through the rest of the days of your reservation. My rental was a pickup truck.”
“My experience with a PODS move was just about as smooth as it could be. With the exception of a couple of issues (the door was often a bit clunky/choppy when opening, and I had an issue with the placement of the unit upon destination delivery--they took care of this problem promptly and adequately), my expectations were satisfactorily met. They were timely, communicated clearly and have good customer service. I recommend their services.”

“Bryce was incredible as the crew captain this day. He was kind, very careful with our stuff and continually asked for our input and what else he may do to help us. He was quite accommodating. We would have him back anytime to move us!!!
Ruben was a strong, experienced crew member who was polite and also very careful with our stuff. He was awesome! Alberto was the newer man on the team, learning on the job. He had a quick ear and was polite and willing to do everything asked of him.
This was a great crew for us and we had a great experience with this team from Two Men and a Truck.”
