Prices for wash and dry are decent, but the place is a dump. Obviously hasn't been cleaned in years and it's filthy everywhere. No excuse for not cleaning the place once in a while. If this was a restaurant, it would have been condemned and shut down by now. Clean the damn place!!

I called to see how much it would cost to dry clean 5 suits. She wouldn't tell me one the phone she said I had to come in for her to look, I drive there and the guy working the counter tells me "is getting them back in two weeks okay?" I said no, then he explained she only runs the machine every couple weeks I asked how much it would cost if I left them there and he didn't know either waste of time even driving there.

I agree with most of these customers who have had sucky experience at this Laundromat. Tri the Chinese guy there one of the owners, told me to put a maximum of 3 quarters in a dryer because I was wasting my money. Yes and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in years, disgusting bathroom, washers always needed to be cleaned, vending machines never worked right, etc. Also Tri one of the owners told me to come inside when it was cold outside waiting for my Mom to come pick me up. I almost told him no I don't want to.So I highly advise customers to never go to this Laundromat!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!

After today I would never go back here! We used two washing machines directly next to each other. Set the same cycles, set a timer. Came back after 35 mins one machine was done And the other machine Mona had emptied and was standing in front of and stated she moved our clothes because someone needed the washer. I thought how rude and kept my thoughts to myself. As I push my clothes away from the washer I counted 20 other washing machines that were not being used. Why was she touching my clothes ? The washer was not needing to be used. I’m left feeling very confused and annoyed. Generally people don’t touch your clothes at the laundry mat unless you’re paying them to wash them for you. I won’t be returning, it left a very bad taste in my mouth!

This laundromat has to be one of the dirtiest places I ever been, floors look like they haven’t been mopped in years all the washers look like they never have been wiped down & the attendant is rude and if you need change for $20 bill she will charged a $1 like who does that. I had change (not Pennie’s) that I wanted to turn into quarters and is only $2 minimum per person. NEVER AGAIN!!

Very rude owner who I'm assuming is the asian lady. Gave me an attitude when I asked for quarters, then wanted to know exactly what I planned on doing with my change. After I loaded my clothes in the dryer and put the temp on "high" she starts claiming that isn't allowed because it could cause a fire. I asked her why there isn't a sign stating the high temp isn't allowed. I then requested my change back that I had put into the machine because I was going elsewhere which she refused.Edit: The owners response is false. One of the customers commented that "she isn't keeping up with times". A failing business would explain her bitterness. I simply asked for change before the owner told me I can't use the high setting.

Mona (the asian women) is incredibly rude! just by looking at you, you can tell she is judging and has an attitude all the time..

Went in for the first time to drop off a few shirts to be cleaned and pressed. Mona was very rude and angrily told me that she would have them back to me in 2 weeks. I expressed that I needed them sooner than that and tried to get me to pay extra to have them 3 days from now.Reading other comments it seems this is a place known for trying to scam people out of money. I would not recommend for dry-cleaning.

I brought my clothes in bags. I left them on the washer as my clothes washed. When I went to put my clothes in the dryer I noticed my bags where gone, mind u I had 3 washers 2 were still going. Long story short she threw my bags out when I asked her what I was going to put my clothes in she said that was my problem . She was rude af . And actually tried to blame me .I will never go back.
