Very good customer service, towing got there fast and the towman was also very friendly

Car literally broke down in the middle of the street they didn’t just tow it but got the car started my helping jump it and got it to my house beacause my power steering was completely out and they got to me less then 15 minutes

Towing and Roadside Assistance provided to all of Metro Grand Rapids Michigan. We service Kent and Ottawa County with Light and Medium Duty Services. We are a family owned and operated with 3 locations and 6 trucks in the area. We take customer service seriously. We use the latest dispatching technology and use tow book software for our daily activities. We also have a on hold message system that will explain our history and some of our services.
