The wait at every Meijer pharmacy that I’ve been to is extremely long no matter how many prescriptions you have, you could have only 1 and you’ll still have to wait at least a half an hour.Staff is hit or miss as to whether or not they are friendly and/or knowledgeable. I only use them when I absolutely have to due to not being able to get my rx at my regular pharmacy.

This location has an extremely limited amount of people to check out customers, it is almost exclusively self checkout. Recently it seems their algorithm has changed and they accuse me of stealing when going through the checkout. This has happened several times. Strike one and two.My wife ordered groceries that we were notified were ready, I went to pick them up and texted, called, and had to go to the service desk. After 30 minutes of still didn't have my groceries. Avoid this place at all costs.

My wife had a tooth pulled that was extremely difficult and painful. The dentist office called in 2 prescriptions for pain. We did arrive right at or around closing time but there was a customer being assisted right in front of us. The girl behind the counter closed the gate right in front of our face and said there was nothing she could do and sent us away. If you want someone who really cares about their customers than another Pharmacy may be a better choice. We will never use Meijer Pharmacy again. My wife will now have to suffer all night in extreme pain because 3 minutes more was to much to ask.

Ever since Rohan left the staff, service has been great. Overall the pharmacy seems pretty busy, but if there's an issue they do their best to explain it or take care of it. Ron's pretty cool.

Do NOT stand in the wrong place at their walk-up counter. The whole staff will make it clear you aren’t standing in the right spot. Such rude staff. 3/22 at 7:30pm. All rude.

I always call before coming in to pick up my prescription and I am always told that BOTH will be ready same day. I show up, only one is ready and I’m told to come back the next day. Why can’t this pharmacy get its act together?

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and always had adequate customer service. Nothing to write home about, but was always served as expected. Today however, I called regarding a prescription issue and had an excellent experience.I spoke with the pharmacist, Brad, and he went above and beyond to resolve an issue between my insurance, doctor and getting a prescription filled. 10/10 would recommend using this pharmacy after the service I was shown here today.

Amy and the rest of staff handled my prescription issues professionally, timely and with a great attitude!
