My husband just got a text from this pharmacy for someone named Tucker, saying his script was ready. The pharmacy has the wrong number for Tucker or dialed wrong. Hubby called the pharmacy figuring they would want to know Tucker wouldn't be coming for his script because he didn't get his text. Not sure whoever answered the phone at the pharmacy understood the problem or really cared

I've been at the store twice today and attempts to get my medications. The line is horrible inside the store and outside in the drive-thru. Why is the pharmacy not stocked with people so we can get our medications in a timely manner?

Need to talk to someone in the pharmacy. On hold for nearly an hour. Noone ever picks up the phone. Dr office submitted a script refill, been a week, automated system says no refills available, can't talk to anyone. On a medication that specifically states "do not miss doses" cool.

Not sure who TAYLOR thinks he is but he is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with when it comes to the pharmacy department. I don’t care if he’s a Pharmacist or not he better learn how to speak to people on the phone and not be a condescending arrogant jerk. If you don’t know how to talk to people you probably should t work in the Health Care industry. Trust and believe I will be filing a formal complaint with your corporate office and if he is a licensed Pharmacist I will definitely be taking my complaint as far it possibly can go.

Always a huge line, everyone behind the counter moving slow, was told 35 minutes, then 5 minutes and to wait, for it to end up being over an hour and a half before I could get my medication. This was after the prescription had been at meijer for over 48 hours, so it should have already been ready to go. Find a different pharmacy if you value your time.

Didnt have rainbow carrots and when I asked they couldn't even tell me or direct me anywhere. Not very helpful
