The only good thing here is the other down to earth techs. Management is a joke. The owners son is in the service manager position and doesn't know half of what he's talking about or doing. Unless you're friends or family, good luck while being a tech there it is an unfair and unequal work environment.

Really had a good experience with the facility. They helped me out at the last minute. I had a body repair work, would definitely suggest someone who needs it.

Worst trailer purchasing experience ever. We were given the wrong address to pick up 1 of the trailers and we lost a $3000 load because of that and had to dead head another 250 miles to pick up the 1st trailer. The second trailer we asked to be left outside so we can pick it up over the weekend. When my driver got there on Sunday 09-06-2020 it was no where to be found. We called countless of times to try to reach someone and no answer. My driver dead headed back to the base. On Tuesday 09-08-2020 we got a call from the sales rep claiming another carrier our trailer and they will be bringing it straight to us. When we spoke to that carrier they used the trailer to haul a load from IN to FL and then dead head there to our base in Farmingdale NY. We are currently waiting to resolve this issue with a manager. I will update this review once they decide to assist.

Be careful to lease trailer from here, happens to me months ago. When I leased trailer here before, they’re said, it was DOT and ready to go but there’s no detailed inspection documents upon pick it up, and when I returned it they will do details inspections and found all kinds of problems to repairs and they will make you pay for the repairs. Dispute, why I had to pay some things I never did or damages? I was leasing it less then 3 months so they’ll tries to taken your money to repairs their own equipment. This is not good business to work with, not honesty business. Highly NOT recommend to whoever needs to rent trailer.

Best trailer buying experience I have had.Very friendly staff they are extremely friendly and go out of there way. Judd is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. It is very uncommon to run across such a great sales experience in this industry. Honesty and integrity. would 100 percent recommend

We have purchased two trailers from them. Excellent customer service from each department. James in service was kind and helpful. They always get us in when we have issues with our trailers in a timely fashion and we are very thankful!

Man these are some great guys. James awesome dude, with josh and the rest of the fellas, good people.I came from California, I lost my trailer wheels together with the drums, and everything but the spindle was left, on the freeway I-96 by ionia, 50 some miles east of Grand rapids on friday. I had only $1600 only that's it. On monday they came chained my axle, took me to the shop, made urgent call to the spindle doctor, explained him my sense of urgency coz I had reefer load already two days late to the spindle guy, got all that fixed real quick, placed rest of the axle, break system, drum, wheels, tires and by the late afternoon I was done and out of there.They Only charged me for what spindle doctor charged, new parts, and $400 labor. I didn't even see them charge me for the tires , wheels and the road call. I mean if they added all those up I would had easily been at $2000 plus, money that I didn't have.For being a brown man let alone so much break , its hard to even get what I would pay for in everyday of my life. Knowing my tight financial situation these guys helped me out huge. More or less I took them for angels sent for my help.God bless these guys. Nice guys. Thanks again.
