Our family has been going to this J&H for years. We always have great service, everyone is usually very pleasant and polite, store is always clean and we love their selection of products. However, not sure what has happened but my wife and I have had a horrible experience with the same person twice in a row in the last few days. We figured maybe the first time the person was having a bad day, everyone does. The second time was even worse. We are both in the service industry and I'm sorry, bad day or not you should still try your best to be pleasant to your customers. A simple hi, welcome, or have a good night would be acceptable. This person made us feel like we were not welcome at the store, and that we were bothering them. Both times have been during the night shift. We have had nothing but great interactions with everyone that does or has worked here, however, we will not return to the store if we see this person working.

Clean and nice. The staff is very friendly. They sell Apple and Cherry Butter. It's so delicious I pinned it on maps to stop again

Storage tanks are less than 10 yo which is good because the gas is cleaner. Makes a big difference in performance and GAS MILEAGE.

Jenison location the staff is awesome. The store itself is clean, the shelves are always stocked. Its in a prime location, so foot traffic is always coming through.
