Today is October 8th 2024 and 6:15 p.m. I stopped at the j&h oil on m37 and Patterson to get dinner and I am a truck driver who needed something to eat and I am pissed because they refused to take $100 bill this is b******* I will never ever stop at another j&h oil again

The culture at J&H is thievery. The executive, Matt, accused me of harassment after I didn't get my promised overcharged refund. I have been trying since 7/29/24 to get the refund. Kendra, the general manager at 12657 Beech Rd, Bourbon IN, was the one who stole my money. She is a liar and a cheat. Matt is ignorant; he doesn't know the definition of the words (cryptic, harassment) he speaks. Matt sent my refund, in cash, writing in his letter; "this came out of my own pocket" on the 28th of October. Don't do business with BOURBON TRAVEL PLAZA or J&K Oil Companies from Wyoming, Michigan... Ever! They steal your money.

They bought out our company and put us on 4 day weeks even though there other driver had 5 day weeksand would run out stations

I have stopped at the J&H station in Otsego for several years now however the last 5 out of 6 times I got gas, I had to shut my truck off and go inside to get a receipt. The employees told me that there was paper but that the printers were not working(different pumps) and that corporate was aware of it. I called J&H and left a message several weeks ago and asked for a call back but to date, I have not heard back. Apparently, they don't care as they didn't have the courtesy to call me back. I have taken my business to other providers.

The subway 54 street. The employees r rude. U have to wait till they r readyAnd look at you with anger n hate. I won't be going to that one.

Please remind your truck drivers to slow down so they won't run red lights. That's a heavy truck full of explosive gasoline. No one should run red lights, but especially trucks carrying gasoline.

I went here to get supplies to do an oil change on my truck. When I walked in I wasnt greeted and no one was around for about 10 to 15 minutes. I didnt have time to waste waiting on someone to come help me as I was on my way to work. I finally walked in back and asked for assistance. I told the guy the make, model and answered all the other questions he asked about my truck. I got the oil and headed to work. I looked up the type of synthetic oil he gave me and it was wrong for my truck. He looked it up on the computer and still got it wrong. I won't be going back here.
