The gentleman who helped me was so accomodating and patient with my request (since this branch is more for investment advice/ wealth management). Note: Any check deposits made here must go into your brokerage account. Then you'll have to move the money to your checking account online. Overall amazing, friendly, non-pretentious service. As a young professional/ investor just starting out I am so happy with the service Schwab offers. Staff here have the heart of a teacher and are so helpful. Thanks guys!”

I don’t know of their banking procedures as they are my employers bank however the employees of this bank are always super friendly! Would give more stars if I could!”
“Five stars specifically for Kyleigh, who helped me close my account after being handed off from Simple to BBVA, from BBVA to PNC. Although I was initially annoyed that I had to visit a physical branch to close an account with no activity and one penny in it, it turned out to be a comical experience. She had a great sense of humor and made the whole thing easy, and also had a small fee (for paper statements I didn’t want in the first place) waived for me. Again, hooray for Kyleigh, in particular.”
