4790 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park“If you love antiques and vintage items, handmade goods, and Michigan made food items, then this is the place for you. This place is awesome! Pinky's Place is a hub for their non-profit organization with a similar name, Pinky's Palace, and they help families in Kent County affected by Dementia. You can easily spend two hours here, browsing the over 100 booths of vendor wares. There are so many treasures to be found, and you're shopping for a worthy cause to boot!”
“My wife and I found this little store not long after moving to the area, and 8 months later it remains our favorite place in the Grand Rapids area for furniture, antiques, etc. The owner is quite friendly and accommodating, and the prices are very fair. Highly recommended!”
“I brought a lamp to Bridge Street Electric that was missing its base. They were very friendly and custom made a base for me at a fair price and in a timely manner. I was very pleased and would go there again.”

“I bought some Hunter-Douglass blinds from The Shade Shop 12 years ago. One of them recently fell and I could see that a small plastic piece in a bracket had broken. I called the store and Aimee had me text her a photo of the bracket that I needed. She ordered a whole package of that particular bracket from the manufacturer and had them shipped to my home. They arrived in three days and I was not charged. Great customer support!”
“I guess I hit the jackpot sales clerk which was Colin very knowledgeable took time to literally show us everything and walked us through it and talk to show us all the products tell about complete installation wear tear waterproofing everything he covered every base from from a to XYZ very polite professional offered every option that the store had available and I shopped at least 15 or more flooring stores in western Michigan and they beat their prices with the same product or better I said I wish I would have stopped there first then I wouldn't had to go through all the problems and hassle and everything else could they beat the prices hands down”

“I love thrift shopping, so while I was in the area for a disc golf tournament at Brewer Park, I searched for thrift stores in Grand Rapids. Elevated caught my eye with its intriguing name, and it did not disappoint. The place is much bigger than I expected, and everything is thoughtfully arranged. I had a fantastic time exploring—it's a true thrifting adventure with just the right mix of quirky items like creepy baby dolls, disco balls, books, and offerings from local vendors. I'll definitely be back with my thrifting friend the next time we're in town for a disc golf tournament. I found some great pieces at good prices that I'm excited to refurbish.
GO HERE IF YOU LOVE VINTAGE SHOPPING. #1 on the list in the area.”
9:30AM - 9:30PM
3165 Alpine Ave NW, Grand Rapids“I just want to say thank you and compliment the buyer for this store! The quality, style, colors and selection for large-scale wall art & leaning floor mirrors was impressive, especially at those price points. I don’t think I’ve ever walked in any store and found five options to seriously consider and narrow down from.
The height and price point on some of the lamps—over 32 inches with shade at or under $150—have me kicking myself for previous purchases. The area rug selections had me wanting more rooms just to be able to use some of them.
I tend to walk through store after store after store to find one piece that would work; or I give up and spend hours to order online. Someone knows what they’re doing at this location! Go here first!!!”

“This place is great. Endless selection of quality light fixtures ranging in all prices and styles. If you don’t see something you are looking for on the showroom, they will find something from their site. Topping it all off is the great customer service. To have someone go through options and discuss color temperatures, brightness, finishes, styles, just to make sure you have the appropriate lighting for your space. Priceless.”

4070 28th St SE, Kentwood“We worked with Shannon in purchasing 2 new couches. She was joy to work with. Initially she asked for feedback on our tastes in viewing the furniture in the store. After viewing the space the furniture would be placed in our house, she created some virtual views with the different styles we selected and additionally stopped by Home Depot to get a paint chip of the color of the room to place next to fabrics she selected to match the room. Her professionalism made our experience in purchasing the couches a pleasure.”
“We were looking for chairs for our condominium lobby in the 98 year old former YMCA building in Muskegon. Found these gently used ones at CORT that fit the decor nicely. Andrew Waterman was a great help and I highly recommend them.”
