I had more interaction back in the early 2000's. Still call them as needed and they're helpful. Most parts are available and well priced.

They us information on the part we needed on what to make sure it had and what the numbers to look for. They didn't carry the part and couldn't get it. We thought that was very nice an unexpected of them!
