They take deceiving photos I looked at 2018 tacoma pictures looked good besides the tailgate kyle knew I was driving 3.5 hours to come look at it and didn't decide to tell me that the mirror wires are cut, tailgate has a big dent , heater core hose was electrical taped, hood was missing the under skirt , motor was making the worst noise I've ever heard a motor make,drove the truck down. The road and it was screaming at me about no key dedicated but the key was sitiing in the cup holder come to find out its not oem and the truck wouldnt stop it ! I highly recommend shop somewhere else these guys are trying to sell a junk truck at full price , and I guess it's my fault for not asking for every little detail about the truck , I would never spend my money here !

STAY AWAY... THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS AND THE OWNERS LACK MORALE CHARACTER ALONG WITH KYLE THE SALES REP TO DO THE RIGHT THING.
HOW DO YOU ALLOW AN AMERICAN FAMILY TO PURCHASE A 19,000 DOLLAR VEHICLE AND IN 3 DAYS COME TO FIND OUT IT NEEDS A NEW MOTOR AND YOUR COMPANY WON'T HELP AND TELL ME YOUR ARE SORRY.
STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO ONE OTHER HARD WORKING FAMILY. SHAME ON THE OWNERS AND BUSINESS.

Good Motor Company - A $10,000 Mistake or a Scam
Warning to buyer’s that go to Good Motor Company in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Make
sure you have a very capable mechanic or a Master Mechanic that is able to go through
your prospective new vehicle with a fine tooth comb. Beware if the frame and bottom of
the vehicle is undercoated. This means that they could be hiding rust and holes in the
frame of the vehicle.
I had a mechanic quickly go over the vehicle and we were deceived by the undercoating
on the vehicle. IF the vehicle is undercoated, have your mechanic tap up and down the
frame of the vehicle to check for hidden holes. Do not be in a rush, be thorough so you
don’t make the same costly mistake I made.
I went back to Good Motors thinking that they were GOOD people to see if they could
help me out. Even though I bought the vehicle “As Is” I was deceived thinking that they
would stand behind their product. They said they could not help me. According to
Brandon, the Manager at Good Motors, the paperwork stated they did not inspect the
vehicle when they bought it, nor did they inspect it when they sold it to me.
So, in my opinion I think Good Motors takes advantage of their customers. With a name
like Good Motors, I thought they would have GOOD vehicles. I was deceived again. I
believe it is GOOD to steer clear of Good Motor Company. GOOD I think not.

I worked with Jeff Chapman briefly while I was looking for a van for my wife and I. He was very friendly, very accommodating, not overbearing in any way. We thought we found a van we wanted, but it seemed a bit off during the test drive. Jeff found out that it needed a new transfer case and said he’d reach out when it was done. He gave us a call the next week and let us know to keep looking as they hadn’t quite sorted out the issues yet, and he’d keep me posted on updates or new arrivals. He prioritized the needs of my family over making a sale and I am incredibly impressed by that. Not a typical interaction when buying cars. Jeff and Good Motor are trustworthy to the fullest and operate at the highest level of integrity.

Carson and the guys are great! They practice outstanding customer service. They're personable, and friendly. They also got me into a great truck and even took care of a mechanical issue that was unknown at the time of purchase with no questions asked.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Good Motor Company and Jeff was the sales assistant and did a wonderful job! The vehicle had a few minor issues that Jeff and his staff were able to repair and Jeff graciously allowed me to borrow a car while mine was being repaired. Jeff and his staff were very easy to work with, friendly and honest. I will forever be a Good Motor Company client!
