This was a nice place whenen i moved in 2 years ago. Be careful renting, but i have been to office 5 days no employee. Grass is 3ft tall, no one answers phone. Previous employee of over 2 years quit. Call center is not much help. Even people on auto got a late fee, I was one of them. What is going on. This week water shut off notice on the front door. What is happening. I have requested numerous call backs.

Horrendous. First, their posted hours online and in person are not correct. Nobody was present during their "office hours". Second, it's nearly impossible to talk to anybody on the phone without them gaslighting you. I purchased a unit online over the weekend, and didn't receive any paperwork to sign. I call, and then all the sudden I get paperwork to sign as I'm waiting at the self storage to get access. Then, a lady on the phone says someone's going to come out to help you. Nobody comes out to help me.
I ended up having issues getting in contact with people properly for over 2 hours at this point, so I took the 45 minute drive home over waiting any longer.
This is horrendous service, and I would dodge this place like the plague. It shouldn't take this much haggling and this much stress to get access to a unit you've already purchased.

Great climate controlled facility. Friendly and helpful staff. The lady in the office even let us borrow a broom the day we cleared out the unit. Definitely recommend them, and would use them again in the future.

Chris was very helpful and accommodating to my needs and even help work around a family emergency. She was a joy to interact with and made everything about the process easy and smooth. I cannot stress how wonderful she is. The storage units themselves are in great condition and the whole building is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend storing your stuff here!

Chris was amazing and explaining everything about the property. I really enjoyed that she too the time to show me the unit before I sign the papers. Overall she made it one of the best experiences ever dealing with a storage facility. Keep up the great work Chris. ?

If the website tells you that you can have same day access after signing up, DON'T trust it. I signed up on a Saturday with the promise of "today". Come Tuesday I still couldn't get access to my unit. I demanded my money back and went somewhere else. The local staff is a joke, she's rude and inconsiderate! She's doesn't care about you...remember that!!

Chris is awesome to work with! Within a few days of setting a reservation she got us set up in our unit immediately. Very patient and understanding! Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage units at a great price. Awesome facility!
