So disappointed to see so many staff members behind the counter and on the floor without masks during the worst pandemic in a century. Millions dead across the globe, over 1/2 million in the US, and nearing 20,000 in Michigan, and you can’t have your staff wear a simple mask to keep them and your customers safe, unforgivable. I will never buy another motorcycle or part from you again. Do better. Management said they would get in touch, never did, never addressed the issue. Done.

Had the service department install heated grips on my 2021 Honda ADV150 and Calvin did such a phenomenal job! The grips look like they came from the factory that way! Idk how someone can take such good care and have an eye for detail like that but I won’t be taking my scoot anywhere else!
As a side note; the guy called Cheeseburger has such an amazing personality and attitude, it’s contagious! Ask for Patrick, Tony, or Dan in service. If you can’t reach them, because how busy these gentlemen are, Hanna, their manager, is so helpful too!

I have had a great experience with the work performed on my jetski, thanks Dale powell! but lack of updates, or follow ups on repairs, from service writers Left messages, emails, etc, with no response. I feel the service writers need to keep intouch with techs, on repairs so they can keep customers informed.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Mitch at the parts counter was rude and lied to me. I purchased a battery (faulty) and had to return it. He insisted that I did not buy it there. (said part number was incorrect on my invoice) After one of his co- workers went back and produced the exact battery he still was in denial and still did not want to give me a refund or credit. I will never do business with them again.
