The gentleman who helped me was so accomodating and patient with my request (since this branch is more for investment advice/ wealth management). Note: Any check deposits made here must go into your brokerage account. Then you'll have to move the money to your checking account online. Overall amazing, friendly, non-pretentious service. “I called the 800 number to try and get a mortgage and it’s directed right back to the bank where no one is available at Burton st location..I kept calling cause I thought it was a call center till the kind lady said it’s the branch..they get five stars still because the Plainfield location is stellar and this was just a phone prompt mishap,”
