Anna went above and beyond in assisting me for something that was mostly an issue on my end, with the day I was having it meant the world for me and she deserves alot of recognition for the way she handles her customers. Easily could've turned me away but went out of her way to make sure I was set.

It's okay. But it's 50/50 on weather they actually have hot food or not. Would recommend Meijer gas station or Speedway if you want hot food.

Charged me $4.49 each for two deli sandwiches when the sticker price said $3.79. Tried calling to advise them, but no one answered. Disappointed at the lack of attention to detail. Wonder what else they are overcharging.

I can't believe how had the customer service is here. None of the scanners work at the pumps. Employees refuse to help even I know they have at other family fare stations

I’ve stopped at this location weekly (sometimes multiple times/week) for over 4 years.Majority of ‘employees’ are rude, incompetent, and should be fired immediately IMO.Family Fare should be absolutely ashamed; but clearly no one cares in management ??♂️?????????????????????????????

The Family Fare location on 2900 Burlingame Ave SW, Wyoming, MI has malfunction cash registers. Customers can expect errors and to be overcharged on store purchases. The management refuse to get new machines. Very time consuming my new debit card was rejected several of times. Something is wrong with their systems.

I fill my water bottle up every morning! All the staff are nice..not to mention I LOVE the self service lottery machine..I won $1000 this last week there! This is my favorite little spot! I added all the tickets I've won on from there this week!

Very rude cashier. The black lady working the counter on 06/21/2021 at 10: A.M couldn't be bothered to acknowledge my payment went through after I swiped my card.
