Absolutely the worst. This place has lost any sense of customer service. I have a script that is set up to refill every 2 weeks. However in their app they show it can't be refilled only once a month. So every time I have to call and go thru the details etc. So the other day I call and say can you please fix this. The girl goes I am not the IT person. It is a 2 min call...you can just call when you need a refill. Really??? Actually sometimes you don't even answer the phone and I have to call numerous times and this current time the phone ran 12 x. Please run from this place. My scrips are going elsewhere.

Very disappointed with pharmacy service, overworked, understaffed, unwilling to help me with my prescription insurance...said they were "...too busy...pay cash...!!!??"Unbelievable...Staff your pharmacy appropriately!

The clowns running this pharmacy are absolutely clueless. We get thousands of dollars in medication through this circus each month. I go in to fill one of my overdue meds yesterday only to find out they didn’t have it. Would’ve been normal to get some sort of contact from someone in a situation like this however you won’t get this sort of service from the Family Circus. I also tried to pick up another one for my daughter. Surprise, they received it but have not done anything with it. So they tell me they’ll both be done by today at noon. I go there at 6:30 pm. Guess what, “we don’t have your medication”.Someone wouldn’t stop to think “oh gosh, it’s Friday and he’s going to have an issue working this out if we don’t notify him”. Nah. Let’s just let him come in at 6:30 when his doctors office has closed and he has no way to sort it out.Absolutely unacceptable. On a side note. They were kind enough to offer me the name brand for $120. How about you offer that name brand at the generic price to compensate for your reckless approach to caring for people’s health and well being.You guys are truly rotten. We’re taking our business elsewhere.

Awesome place great pharmacist. They're super fast. Always going great for our family. Had a simple mistake on syringe size easily corrected. Great place awesome recommend them way better and faster than the Meijer pharmacies

I am 72 and blind.... I came in to pick up to prescriptions, one had to wait for delivery today, they told me about 12 noon. At 1:30 I decided to call to see if it was coming. I called the number on my prescription from yesterday 574`3439 .... and all I ever got was busy signals... Over 4o calls. Never an answer. So I found my sales slip from groceries... 2199161 and that one has been disconnected... I tried 11 times and only got the message . My prescription finally arrive at 2 :45, and I had to sign a phone, but it would not work so he signed for me. I am blind and it is hard. I came in to look up online their store to report the problem,....no Number for sick folks. A simple sticker with the number would be very much appreciated. I was first ignore, then I made them listen first in the store and then at the Pharmacy. But both dismissed me. I love the store and the folks that work there..... but in person only. People should have the ability to call when they are sick or hurting, and not have to do research for basic information.

I had an excellent experience getting the Covid vaccine here. I made an appointment only a few days before showing up for the shot. The pharmacy staff were very helpful. They explained which brand of vaccine I was getting, possible side effects, and provided me with paperwork I can take to my primary care physician. I can't recommend Family Fare enough to others who may be looking for a Covid vaccine.

I've been shopping at this store for 10 years. I've never had any problems. Employees are very helpful and nice about it! I absolutely Love their Rustic Ukrainian Bread! This is the only location I know of that baked this kind. The dough for it requires an Extra day to process.

I enjoy this location. While it cam be more expensive than other grocery chains in the area, I am always astonished with their produce section. The produce always looks great and I dont have to worry about not finding what I need. They also offer fresh options and healthy options throughout the store. This location has good parking and is convenient to the area.

Ugh. Dropped off a prescription. Was told it would be 25 minutes. Sat out in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Drove back up and was told it would be another 15 minutes. Not the first time either. How long does it take to put some pills in a bottle. Totally ridiculous. Not an apology or anything. So tired of the arrogance.
