I just want to give a shoutout to Jalen, at the from desk. He was accommodating, polite and personable. By far top 5 customer service encounters I’ve ever had. Give that man a raise, he is what Marriott level of customer service standards are.Rooms: Room was clean, very modern and nice size room.

In town visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. Hotel location is wonderful. Close access to the interstate, but rooms were very quiet. Close to restaurants and shops. Hotel served up a very nice and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend.

Took off 1 stars just because I haven't stayed in any of the rooms but the lobby is very pretty and clean and the staff are very kind.

Hotel was updated and the staff was very friendly. Kristina at the desk went out of her way to make sure everything was just right.

Terrible customer service. Room was already paid for via a third party. Showed her confirmation. Front desk accidentally charged me again for the room. No apology. She asked me to call the third party to call her to issue a refund. After a VERY long drive, I spend 30 minutes on hold with the 3rd party to do what she asked. When I finally got through, and they called her, she refused to issue the refund. Issue is still not resolved.

There was a pair of shorts in one corner of the room (not mine). My wife pulled the covers back and discovered a wet urine spot on the bed. We called down to the desk to let them know what happened and to change rooms. I went down to exchange keys - no apology, how can we make this right or anything. The hotel did refund our money, after we left a note detailing what had happened and asked for a refund.

The hotel is in a great location right by the freeway and not to far from grandville and river town mall plus in addition there are plenty of food options in the area. The rooms were well kept and John and the rest of the staff were friendly.

Hotel is really new, rooms were really nice, breakfast had a huge selection but waffle batter and coffee just ran out and no one was there to refill it, coffee was empty for hours.

Dog friendly for ESD and service animals. Beds were great and clean, service is amazing. Food is anything amazing but that’s not something you should expect at hotels. But the food is certainly not bad.

Desk clerk gave no information without asking her for it. We asked for the military rate, gave I.D and just before she charged my card I asked her to confirm the rate, it was the regular rate. She canceled thy transaction then processed a new one. I again asked the rate as she was preparing to charge my card, $3 less than the regular rate. After several more minutes she said she was unable to assist me and suggested I book online. I did and then checked in. I should have confirmed the rate for the third time because after checking my bank app I was charged $22.43 more than the amount shown by my online reservation.Upon checkout the next morning I raised the issue and was told the manager wouldn't be in until 9am and would call me.I was still in the area 2 hours later after a doctor's appointment. Nobody called me so I went back to th hotel and spoke to the manager. I was not given any explanation other than it's a hold and my bank will correct it in a few days.I had to prompt the manager to explain (she didn't) and apologize (she did) for the check in clerk's incompetence.I will not be staying here again.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room was clean. Has a nice workout room. Pool is a bit small but my kids still enjoyed. Breakfast was great with nice selection.

We have not gotten the chance to stay here yet, but we had booked reservations that we had to cancel. The staff was so friendly and helpful through the experience. I have no doubt we will stay FOR REAL sometime and look forward to the wonderful hospitality.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! They must have used the cheapest possible construction. We heard every single foot step from the unit above us. We heard every single vehicle that drove by (and it's next to a highway). The internet is such a joke. It drops out 3-6 times and hour. I had to restart my computer every time to get back online. The employees were very friendly, but of absolutely no help (clueless). I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Stay ANYWHERE else!!

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was comfortable and shower worked great. The only disappointment was breakfast wasn't ready at 8:30 when we came down. Also an ice bucket was left with water in the room and used glove from cleaning staff. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Worst experience with hotel booking ever. I made a reservation here through priceline, which I have made many reservations through with no hiccups. Upon arrival the manager, Juliet, could not locate our reservation. She said we would have to make a new reservation direct through her. Since we were in town for a wedding and didn’t have a ton of spare time to push her to find our actual reservation, my husband and I said that was fine. Flash forward to now, I have a charge on my credit card and my husband also has one on his and the hotel won’t issue a refund and we only stayed in one room. Priceline said that the Hotel needs to give them the go ahead to issue the refund and Juliet won’t issue it. Even Juliet’s supposed manager seems somewhat incompetent. It’s absolutely horrible business and they are thieves. I think I will have to issue a claim with my credit card as I’ve gone back and forth with them for weeks and wasted so much time and pulled up credit card statements to prove I’d been charged twice. The only reason I’ve held off issuing a claim is because this is a problem on the hotels part and my credit card company shouldn’t have to eat it.
