My home depot order shipped through this company. Twice they've given me a time slot and not shown up. They gave me another time slot for next week so my package will be a week and a half late if it even comes when they say it will.

As a buyer for an automation company in GR, I have constant LTL shipments coming and going from our facilities to vendors, customers, etc. Estes has a hard time delivering on time AND inside the pickup and delivery windows they are given at the time of order. In our most recent experience, a delivery was scheduled for 6/27 between 8am-2pm. Delivery was attempted at 4:45pm, and then not again! Here it is, July 12th, and I'm on hold (now 23 minutes) while they try to find my $6,000 shipment! No emails, no calls, no notice, and no re-attempted delivery! Who does that?! Estes. I would advise you to choose another LTL carrier.

HORRIBLE shipping company that has no idea how to make things right with a customer. My shipment ended up in New York and now it is in Pennsylvania instead of Michigan. No one seems to really care that my shipment is several days late even though I was promised it would be in Michigan this morning. Now they say they are trying to get it here tomorrow. “TRYING”. What is that? Unbelievably disgusted with the incompetence.

There was minor delivery issue for a large package being delivered to my home. Mary provided good customer service and Bob in shipping went above and beyond to make sure my package delivery went smoothly. The two guys(truck drivers) that came that evening, made sure it was delivered where I needed. They went above and beyond too. I appreciate the response,care and effort from everyone at Estes delivery on 44th to make sure my delivery was a success.

Excellent customer service and delivery time, Nick called me while in route and was pleasant to deal with. Nick also handled a heavy air compressor very skillfully and carefully. Thanks again, Nick!

I will never use Estes again. here's why. Our latest shipment of raw material sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks. When we tried to reach them it took them 4 days to get back to us. They said they had been hacked and could not get them shipment to us for another 2 days but our factory was down due to lack of material so we went to their warehouse in Wyoming to pick it up ourselves. What did they do for us? NOTHING!!!!! Did not even try to make it better.If we had not called them, they would never have gotten our shipment to us. Very unreliable.

ESTES Is a great company! Just only Grand Rapids would hire me which is not normal! Detroit usually a city of giving chances to prove yourself but that Wasn’t the case in Detroit the TM wouldn’t even give you me any consideration! I hope I can transfer to Toledo or Flint

Strong Company, I've visited many terminals and believe this company Tobe is a great fit for most drivers. Equipment is good, maintained, and management dependable. Work assignments are reasonable.

Horrible communication and customer service! Wouldn't recommend and would never use this company! Was told my item would be delivered between 10am-4pm. Finally got a text, after calling and texting this company all day, at 6:30pm stating I will not get my delivery for 2 days due to the holiday. I took time off of work. They have cost me time and money. I would give them zero stars If that was an option.

Our order from Lowes is being shipped by Estes to our home. They text me for confirmation and assure that we will be home. Delivery scheduled 9am-2pm confirmation done. No show, check tracking it shows confirmation 3pm -7pm yesterday and again no show. No response from them.Communication would be awesome if it was accurate

We have to use this freight company through one of our suppliers. We use several different freight companies through our other suppliers and Estes is by far the worst. They never call to schedule delivery and will leave pallets sitting for days without movement if you don't stay on top of them and call them every day. If you can use a different company I would highly recommend that you do.
