Had several watches needing repair. Wasn’t sure so I tested the waters with just one. They did a superb job and I brought all the rest there for them to fix. Customer service was top notch throughout.

Our mother passed away recently, and being the jewelry lover she was, my sister and I had the task of going through all her jewelry. With the gold jewelry that either would not be worn, or was broken, we decided to head to Engles Jewelry. We found them very easy, personable and fair to work with. Other purchasers of gold just let you know what they are willing to pay. Engles however, was willing to negotiate a bit on the sale of the gold. We were super pleased with what we were able to get. As a result, we’re now asking Engles jewelry to resize some of our mother’s jewelry. They will definitely be my go to jeweler.

Went there originally to sell gold. Fair pricing, great customer service, attentive to my questions. Went back later to view jewelry selection and have a ring sized. I believe this is going to be my go to jeweler even though I live in Muskegon.

I decided to go to Engels Jewelry for my wife’s birthday gift because I wanted to go someplace local, instead of a chain store, and I’m very glad I did. I stopped in and talked with Caitria, and she helped me design a custom pendant necklace for my wife with our kids birthstones. Caitria was able to help with selection of stones, type of metal, design, etc., and made the whole process very easy. The necklace turned out beautiful and my wife loved it! Also, all of the staff that I dealt with here were very courteous and friendly. The whole experience at Engels was fantastic, and I will definitely be a return customer!

I accidentally cut my gold chain. I took it to Engels jewelry and they repaired it for less than half the price of what other jewellers wanted to charge. Plus they are super sweet and nice people.
