And showed me when I picked it up the ports worked properly. Very happy overall with everything. Though I went to put a disc in my drive and it's not working. I'm not really sure if it was already broken before I brought it in, so I'm not really worried about that as most my games are digital. ?”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

Back to Adrian tho, he is patient, kind, knowledgeable, creative, assertive and bilingual. I've experienced all of these characteristics the many times he's helped me over the years.
He's added phones, upsold phones, enabled apps, waited with me for customer service, explained options, suggested products, put screen protectors off and on, advised what to buy elsewhere that's compatible with Cricket services, taken payments and offered sound advice.
I think I may have switched from Cricket a time or two if not for him, but he is a true salesman, wonderful customer service, very much a quality employee and asset to the company. (I wish he would switch to AT & T too!)
