Seems that I'm not the only one with issue with this company. Better Business Bureau website also shows a number of negative reviews of this companies business practices. I called to cancel my service 2 years ago, they said I was in an auto-renewal period and needed to call back in March of 2023 to cancel my service. I just did that. Now they're telling me I have to pay for another years worth of service before I can cancel. They want a certified letter, then they want to send me a certified letter back. I've been with them for around 10 years, all I want to do is cancel my service. Very unprofessional business practices. Stay away from this company.

We were trying to switch to this company after some bad experiences with another company, they were very helpful and willing to work with us! We never were able to switch but wish we would have! Everyone I spoke with, emailed and met in person were helpful and kind.

My business has been in contract with this company, we had rugs that were sitting in the same placement for over 4 months at one point. They have refused to change and didn’t even make contact with a actual bill for the services they lacked of. Couldn’t come during normal business hours which we told them multiple times. Very confusing service. Just wish it would be easy to comply and get full service

They couldn't even do their job. They bamboozle and gouge you while rendering services unacceptable. They won't give the supplies paid for, remove what they choose to (replacing it is debatable,) and won't even have the courtesy to reply when we ask for what is needed to help a business function adequately.

Worse service ever!!! Had their services for about 6 months and was set up to do every other week for services and these people never even showed up at all. The only time they showed up was hours before the business was even open knowing that we were not open till noon. They charged us the entire time not to mention their employees are asking to be borrowing money from their clients. They charged us for services that were never even used. They had a contract stating that they would keep the papertowell stocked up and soap containers and they didn’t even mount the toilet paper dispenser to the wall where my other one was before. We had to install it ourself. This company should get a .00001 star review. The manager was threatening underage people in the business parking lot and acting belligerent. Will never recommend them to anyone. Don’t use this company for anything I promise you will not receive anything they charge you for.Service: Delivery

This company was contracted to do custom rug rentals and also papertowell and toilet paper and soap dispensers. They were contracted to do every other week service and they never showed up but about three times in a period of about 6 months. They would show up hours before the business was even open and threaten minors and employees for payments for the service they were supposed to be providing. They didn’t even install the dispensers at all we had to do it ourself. Not to mention the salesman asked to borrow money the first day they showed up. Unbelievable attitude from their employees. This company is a joke and so unprofessional and their reviews reflect that for sure.Service: Delivery

Worse customer service ever. The employees threaten minors. This place made a contract in which they did not fulfill even remotely and they have been not even showing up but charging us for services we have not even received at all. They didn’t even install the dispenser they charged me for I had to do it myself and was charged to do it. They have never showed up in the contract time that was set and was getting paid monthly for services that wasn’t even provided do not use this company at all!!! Being held responsible for a contract that was signed by a different company in 2010. Stay away! In response: Your delivery guy brought in a one page paper to change the name of the business. No other papers were brought, no salesperson. I specifically asked what I was signing and he said the name change.
