Why does the pharmacy not open u til 10!?
Then an hour lunch and close at 8. So all the peak times folks would be able to conveniently pick up they are closed. This needs to change. The employees are great the hours not so much.

I was transferred to this location because the one I used by me is closed. The pharmacy was advertised as being open at 10, but when I showed up, it was not open. The pharmacy is over 20 minute drive away from where I am and there are no other closer options, so this is very frustrating to show up and realize I have to wait. I’ve asked the staff to help me set up delivery for prescriptions because I’ve had issues before, and they never have any answers for me. I spoke to the manager For help, and astonishingly his advice for me was to find another pharmacy to use, because they can probably fill my prescriptions faster. This store is also poorly lit and dirty, there is merchandise everywhere, I don’t like going there. I would follow their manager’s advice, and find another pharmacy to use.

After ordering a refill of a medication by phone, we were told it would be ready by 4:00 p.m. (about 6 hours). When we arrived after 5:00 p.m., we were told it was not available, and they didn't know when it would be available. This is a life-saving medication which should have been refilled automatically.

Tammy at the Holland CVS is always working to make her store the best it can be. She and her staff and extremely helpful. She does her best to be sure the store is well stocked with products.
