Just came in yesterday because the girl i spoke with on the phone 2 weeks before my move told me that it was "too soon" to ask them to cancel my services... Well I was moving & had to get it done so I go all the way to comcast to drop off the boxes because I had moved homes and the guy at the store acts like he does not know how to communicate & tells me I'm all set so I ask to confirm that my services are cancelled and I do not have to do anything else... he says yes & guess what - they are not, so now I have spent 15 minutes this morning fighting with an automated machine to get to a live agent & my services STILL are active. I just do not understand what the point of having people working with customers face to face if they are unwilling to communicate or do their jobs.

Worst customer service I've ever had.. thats even worse then their over the phone service. Didnt think that was possible.. no one seems to know how to get anything done. It's the fifth time I've been here in two weeks trying to order a phone through them with their phone service. Probably been here for 10 plus hours with no resolution. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to return equipment. Ending my terrible and expensive xfinity internet service- definitely recommend Verizon internet over Xfinity any day! Terrible service and customer service at Xfinity.

The worker’s are giving “If you don’t like your job then don’t work there vibes.” The attitude of these workers are just trash. Sadly I have to go back because they didn’t give me everything I needed for my Wi-Fi box. (What a surprise ) after reading through these other reviews.

After trying and exhausting the XFinity tools (online chat, text chat and call-in) we resorted to coming into the brick and mortar store in Grandville. While we shared the same issues and concerns (as we had through the technological tools) we finally felt “heard”. We had the opportunity to interact with the store manager and another associate who clearly understood our technology related issues and concerns but also acknowledged that the XFinity support mechanisms (chat, text, call) can be both frustrating and useless in trying to reach solutions. They quickly addressed 2 of three major concerns and provided us with an additional resource to facilitate addressing our biggest concern (billing). We can report that this route was also successful. The 65 minute queue in the store clearly attests to the fact that chat, text and call in provide little to no support. If those tools worked— the storefront queues would be “slim to none”. It’s a shame that XFinity leadership neither recognizes nor values this and makes no efforts to enhance en face or live voice aide to customers. They’d rather put resources into faulty and limited techno-support than invest in skilled personnel. Our experience today was largely pleasant (except for the wait) and productive. We find it hard to beat up on the customer service reps in the store when ultimately, accountability rests much higher in the XFinity food chain.

Hopefully you dont want to talk to a real person, been overpaying for internet for a ridiculously long time because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a real person on the line. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!

Worst store ever! Went to buy a phone n transfer my Dads phone to his new phone n they said they couldn’t help me !! I went to the store on East Beltine n they did it no problem !!!! Before this I went to Apple who I was told was the only one that could help which they couldn’t … wanted another 2 hours !! I will never go to this store again!! I hate this place

I went in to get a new phone, the male rep was impatient and careless. His tone was cold the whole time. He didn’t seem like wanted to help at all. The worst service ever.

Why is it you cannot talk to a real person and have a conversation with them. You always go through their phone weed and you end up where you started. If your lucky you may go down the right rabbit hole and be able to leave a message and have them call back. Lol. No call back. Received a msg with a number to call to start the hole process over. WHY DO THEY NOT WANT TO TALK WITH THEIR CUSTOMER! Even the stores don't have a call number.

Chraged me for two places after I moved, never gave me my refund. Tried to cancel my services this month, was told by three seperate individuals that it was canceled, received a confirmation call that my services are being canceled. If your sick of xfinity's service like I was you should just get tmobile or verizon wifi. At least you get some decent customer service! NEVER GET XFINITY

customer service they are not professional and rude I went to return a moden equipment and the boy tells me that it is ready and I tell him I want the receipt of the return of the equipment if he refused to give it to me and told me that he was not going to give it to me that everything was already done and denying the return receipt to a client is not professional and I do not recommend this place at all

Although I didn't understand the order people come in after you and get called before you that's crazy ...but I'm glad it happened because Ryan was amazing best experience I've had everrrrrrr he went above and beyond, communication was top tier, very thorough and knowledgeable!!!!!

While trying to be helpful, this is staffed by poorly trained associates. I returned a non functioning Flex box with HDMI and they brought out the wrong box. Then when I asked about the HDMI cord they said it was in there. It wasn't. Add to this the frustration of not being able to reach the store directly and you have the makings of a bad review.

Xfinity is the McDonald's of Internet, right now (in Grand Rapids). This reflects in the lack of customer service. I have there service, with two products. The actual service is good, if you buy your OWN modem/router. The equipment you rent, is junk (its supposed to be; they make money on it, but do not invest any money into it). They want your business, but don't want to do anything, if you have a problem. Just keep paying the bill, and they will be happy (don't speak up, and say you have an issue). Actually CUSTOMER SERVICE, dosen't exist (it used to, when they had more competitors in Grand Rapids)..
