Very unprofessional and STILL do not have our billing correct after 4 months of physically visiting the Grandville store. Why is it so difficult to resolve a billimg issue?? The female manager talked negatively about her employees in front of us - this is not an example of a leader.

Never use xfinity. They lie and steal from you. Xfinity raised our bill multiple times while it was on auto-pay with no justification to the price hike. After cancelling their god awful mediocre service, they then proceeded to assualt me with numerous nonsensical bills, hoping I would just pay them. They even went so far as to lie and say I had paid only partial amounts of my bills, when my bills were on auto pay the entire time.
Xfinity is only out to steal from you and will make you do backflips while defusing a bomb just for them to say "sorry to hear that". This company is just as bad as it was 10 years ago. KYS xfinity.

If you can save yourself a headache. Just don’t bother with this getting this. This internet service is terrible. It keeps dropping and you have to keep connecting it and running test. This is INSANE TO HAVE TO DO WHEN PAYING $120 or whatever. Can’t get through a damn movie with out it buffering every 5 minutes literally. Im so irritated this can’t get any worse.

If your internet goes out because of an Xfinity issue (not weather-related), they should not only credit you for the time period that service was down (5 days in my case) but also for 1) mobile data cost incurred, 2) lost work due to lack of service. The cable monopolies need to go.

This location is very clean and the atmosphere is great. Also this store is very busy but because of the help of the manager Jon I was in and out in less then ten minutes, I'm patiently waiting on a text review so I can give this locations all tens.

Complete incompetence and a true display of the banality of evil in a large mega-corporation. Loses our payment and acknowledges it multiple times in audio recordings and online chats but fails over and over again to fix issues. I ended up spending well over 10 hours over the course of 2 weeks with representatives who would absolutely lie over and over again and fail to resolve issues when they said they fixed them. I will not be doing any further business with Xfinity and would caution others as well.

I hate Xfinity every aspect of it. You can expect to wait at least an hour here for anything, even a simple swap of bad equipment.

Remote control, some buttons quit working, made appointment to exchange at Granville store. Walked in before appointment time, in 1 minute had new controls and out the door. Great service on a Saturday afternoon!

First of all, DO NOT call the customer service number listed. They will waste your time and you won't be able to understand what they're saying most of the time. Secondly, while it does kind of suck that the store number isn't available, the people at the xfinity store were so incredibly helpful with getting my husband and I's internet plan upgraded. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Davieon was the one who helped us and he was so easy to talk to and very straightforward with everything. I cannot recommend him enough. Very pleased with our experience.
