Been going there for yrs and went to wash my dog and got there at 750 and was turned away cause they close the wash at 8 but was treated rude by the staff they just lost a long time customerA

Great place to go for all of my pet supply needs. Even though they have "hound" in the name, I shop here for cat supplies and they do have other pets covered too. The dog washes are great! The staff is friendly and I have never had an issue shopping here or finding what I need.

This place is an amazing pet store! I always take my dog here for a wash. The staff is amazing and a very nice staff member named Jacob helped us out. We love looking at the animals, the hand decorated and baked treats, the kind staff, affordable stuff and overall the store cat Robin! Definitely recommend, as it is a very convenient place to wash your dog and get pet supplies.

Very friendly staff nice clean store. We had a great experience with our puppy class there. The trainer was absolutely fantastic. I wish they had pet grooming there but they do have nail trims on Saturdays.

The prices are a bit high for the ferrets in my opinion, but other than that the staff members are extremely friendly! And the animals are friendly to, I recommend going here. For the ferrets price I think they should be 150$ I am planning on buying them soon:)

Just bought a dog trimmer. Salesperson said TWICE ‘if it doesn’t work, return it’.Doesn’t instill confidence.Get home, trimmer has been used, is full of hair and broken.Their response ‘apologies, but you have to make the 5 hour round trip to return’.Box was NOT marked that it was a returned item, nor discounted.
