ABSOLUTLEY GARBAGE! DO NOT GO HERE! I have now paid this store 3 times to fix the same problem and they blane it on the parts manufacturer and then want to charge me labor every time. 0 stars should be an option for this place.

My boyfriend ordered specific tires to be put on my vehicle. Apparently there was a sizable rebate with these tires. He’s out of town for work and I had my son with me and dropped my vehicle off. I’m always on guard because places like that typically attempt to pull a fast one since l’m a single woman. Sure enough, they called me to let me know I could get better tires for the “same price” because my tires “unfortunately didn’t arrive.” Of course that sounded good to me. They also attempted to sell me brakes for FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS and I have a brake guy who recently did them so I knew that was a complete rip off. When I called my boyfriend to let him know I got “better tires” for the “same price” and they even took $35 off of the alignment for the “inconvenience” he informed me that there was actually a $125 rebate on the original set I was supposed to get. Miscommunication between the two of us, but either way, I ended up getting ripped off in the end. Which is why I hate chain corporations like Belle Tire. Thanks for taking advantage of a single mom.

Very Disappointed in this location. I brought my Acadia in for a tire repair. When it was returned to me the fender was bent. They told me it must have been like that when I brought it in despite it making a terrible noise when you open the door. This is how they treat a loyal customer who has been spending lots of money here for years.

I have mixed experiences here. I’ve had a couple very positive service visits and a couple horrible ones, which cost me many thousands of dollars and almost cost me another $2300. This is a great shop if you only need tires or an oil change.
A year ago they said my truck needed ball joints and some other front end parts when I went in for an alignment. They “fixed” most of it and I still had issues a week later. They then claimed more parts (same as they did, but now the other side) needed to be replaced. There were less than 100 miles driven between visits. All this was well over $3,000 and did not fix the issues. I took it to a professional shop that knows lifted vehicles and they fixed all the mess created by Bell.
Today I had my son take my Grand Cherokee in for an alignment. They said it needed control arms and ball joints. Did not attempt alignment or even put on alignment rack. Sounded like a repeat of the truck fiasco. Wanted $2300 for this. I didn’t trust them so I took it to the other shop I used for the truck and they inspected and said there was nothing wrong with the control arms and ball joints. They said that I needed an alignment. Less than $200!
Beel Tire is only good for tires. Do not let them do any major repairs.

Alex was fantastic to work with. Needed a new front tire, he gave me options, no pressure or upselling. I was in and out in about 35min. Will be using this location for any future needs.

We were 100 miles from home and had a low tire alert. We found this Belle Tire and they were booked. On our way out the door the store manager, Sylvester, hurried out and offered to fill our tire, found a screw causing the leak and set us up with an appointment within the hour. He saved our day, going above and beyond and all at no charge. That is service we will talk about for a long time!

My sales associate was a great guy and I would gladly go back to him if he were working for a different company. The main problem here was my mechanic. About halfway through me waiting, my sales associate approaches me anxiously and hands me a slip of paper. This paper was given to him by my mechanic and my mechanic told him that there was some stuff seriously wrong with my car and he was extremely concerned with my driving it. This list totaled 2k after parts and service fees. I was told that I needed just about everything in my undercarriage change from brake pads and rotors to the sway bar. I immediately knew something was up considering that I had just gotten my breaks looked at and changed only about a month before this visit. After handing me this sheet, my car sat up in the air untouched for another 45 before they decided to put the new tires back on and gave me my car back.
Yesterday I took my car back to my regular mechanic in my home town and absolutely nothing was actually wrong with my car besides my spare tire needing to be filled with air. I’m extremely upset about how this visit went and I’m worried for other people who don’t decide to get a second opinion and waste their money at this company. I’m truly wondering if I wasn’t a young female if this experience would have been different and if I wouldn’t have been taking advantaged of.

Went in to get a new set of tires, Marc P. and Sylvester G. were able to assist me in every question I had. When I left I knew I left my vehicle in great hands. Picked up about an hour later, so service was super fast. Everything I had needed done was done and they also checked out my breaks and rotors for me while they were working on it. Thanks again for the help guys will highly recommend this location.
