September 12,2024 I called autozone to find a part the website says they have it in stock. *LOGAN answered the phone he was rude and disrespectful. he said "I'm busy what part of busy don't you understand, I'll go get somebody else for you to talk to". Then I spoke to a lady she was very nice and helpful. I'm not buying the part!

Needed a battery quickly as I had a dyno scheduled 15 minutes later... two associates helped me get in and out in minutes and in time for the dyno!! Excellent service. Thank you so much!

Was not greeted, was not asked if I needed help, had to wait to be checked out at the counted and then was treated rudely. As a commercial customer I expected much more. And no I will not email your customer service, I'm just going to go to orileys from now on because they are always polite and on top of their game.

Went to Auto zone to get back brakes. Lopez helped me and her personality is contagious, she is very personable which is awesome for customer service. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and she knows AUTO ZONE!

Logan E. Store manager oragne very disgusting beard, for retail refused to serve me, then proceeded to help the customer behind me. He has no urgency, and seems not to care at all when the lines out the door. Its a shame because every other employee is amazing.

AWFUL service. Four employees walking around with seven people waiting. None of them would step up to a register to help, including the manager. I had to wait 25 minutes to buy a pack of automotive fuses. Next time I need something automotive, I'll go somewhere else.

Had to go to 3 stores to get my parts. First store stated inventory had my parts but after arriving found they did not have the part. Got it fixed eventually. Yeah
