I had a very frustrating experience with this repair shop. I called last week to bring my car in for repairs through State Farm. The lady at the front desk told me they were full and I should bring my car the following week as a drop-in. Now, it’s this week, and when I called again, she said they’re scheduling for next week. When I asked her when they could even look at my car to give an estimate, she gave a vague answer about doing their best to fit it into their schedule, which made no sense.
A guy from the shop called me back and said that I could drop off my car next week, but it could take a week just to get an estimate, and if I go ahead with the repair, it could take a month or more to finish. If you have that kind of time to waste, then maybe this place is for you. Otherwise, I suggest finding another shop.

Well if you ever expect a call-back , Brandon or the owner won’t do it. If you expect them to be kind and treat you with respect of hearing you out without interrupting you or telling you that it isn’t their fault that it’s someone else’s. Don’t let your insurance send you here.
Even when you ask questions, they assume you are blaming them for not knowing what is going on with your vehicle while there.
You’ll get lots of extra miles put into your vehicle with no explanation of why they are there just an excuse of “well, we had to test drive it…we didn’t drive around town in it man…”
Why can’t people just listen to a customer vent and calmly try to help them without getting so upset.
I just got into a car accident and are now trusting you to fix my vehicle. Of course I’m not going to be the calmest person. I’m frustrated and upset. Normal reaction to someone that was in a car accident and has to jump through all the hoops of a car rental, medical insurance, and figuring out how to pay for the repairs and what is covered and what isn’t.
The owner just told me, “Get out of here…we’ve done all we can for you…you’re impossible….” Along with some other choice words he mumbled as he walked away.

This place was great! Kind and explained everything to me and was done in the time frame they said. They worked with my insurance company. Love it!

Carstar did a great job with my car. They let me know turn around time for my car repair would be a week and it was! They even took the time to run my car through the car was and cleaned the interior of my which was a nice bonus surprise when I picked my car up.
