Went down a female named Danielle lane today. She was combative, rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I politely asked to not put my stuff is a grocery cart and the first thing she did was pick up the clothes hamper and put it in the grocery cart. I asked her to put it back on the floor and she told me no you do it that's not my job. I was shocked at her rudeness. I went to out the basket back on the floor and she kept on getting sassy with me. I told her to watch her mouth but she kept talking. She also didn't ring up a few of my items I got 4 pineapple for free after I told her how many I had but she just wouldn'tstop being combative. Thanx! The boy Mitchell came up and boy o boy that must be her boyfriend because he was mad I called her rude. You can tell they sleep together. I will stick to the less ghetto Aldi. When I bring my own basket or buy a basket at the Aldi location Holland, Grandville, or Jenison I never have the problem I did today. The Asst Manager Mitchell told me they don't bag items when I said I wanted my stuff to be put in the rolling Hamper I purchased for $14.99. That wasn't bagging he was just a combative as Danielle... Trash additudes and need customer service training. Definitely lost my business!
P.S. If you are at this Aldi Danielle doesn't ring up all of your items you will get stuff for free!!!!

Ordered delivery. It arrived early, seemed too good to be true. It was... opened my bags, no meat. I submitted the contact form as the only means to contact someone and did not receive any notification. I submitted another one and added the receipt and within 30 minutes I received an email advising the item would be refunded within 10 business day. I phoned the number provide and was greeted with a prerecorded message saying they don't have phones and then disconnects. I can't wait to get my money back in two weeks. I hope the driver enjoys my meat. Ugh.

The curb side delivery here sucks. There is one of the people on their team a younger guy and he's always in a nasty mood every time we have gotten him. Slams our stuff always last time he did it so hard I almost got out to throw hands I was that pissed. We decided to go to the other location by us now as that's just so much more wiser haha. But yeah no thanks.

My family used to go here back when I was a child all the time. I was always excited to put the coin in the cart. I remember back before the remodel of the store. Great store and great staff!

I've never been there before until just recently, but I wish I had known more about this store before now. Good selection of items and cheap. Huge pieces of fresh salmon for like 9 bucks, cheap on the border tortilla chips, and buncha different other items at good prices compared to other places. Good and friendly staff, and the checkout chic was super fast.

I am in a wheelchair for life the cashiers take the time to pack my bag so I can carry it home in my chair they do not have to do this and they are not paid to do this they're just that good of people
