They take advantage and gouge. The old guy is rude and outright unpleasant. Basically a place for alkies to buy after hours or lotto junkies to waste others' time shamefully at rush hour. Nothing wow about this place.

The older gentleman is a little grotchedy ..he is very nice to me ..he had been working day and night during the pandemic ..he has gotten better ?
