Thee worst customer service you'll ever get anywhere. constantly looking for someway to charge you for anything they can think. if you're unlucky enough to get "Mary" waiting on you it's probably best to leave. snotty attitude and insisting on finding charges other stores won't charge for.

So happy to only get one door tag that my package is getting returned to sender because they attempted to drop the package off while I was at work. I didn’t even know they were trying to drop off a package….

This UPS store is consistently inconsistent. Last time I was told to unpack my package because the red haired woman at the counter needs to see the item. This time,same woman, tells me I need to have a sealed package, but she can do it for me for 2 dollars. Won't be using UPS for anything in the future, too many hoops.

Two dollars just for a small piece of tape. Didn’t realize I had to tape it myself before coming because I’m so used to Amazon returns going to kohls. Wish my Amazon return just needed to goto kohls and not here. I know this isn’t the workers fault but just another corporate money maker.

I miss being able to take my returns to Kohl's. I only have the option to go to UPS now. There is only one person working everytime I go. Charging $2.00 for tape. I was told I need a box when the item was in a box. From reading the other posts I should go to Brownstown but it's too far. It wasn't this difficult to return my items to Kohl's. I will rethink next time I purchase from Amazon from now on.

Literally standing in line with 5 other individuals while one of the representatives continued to work on the computer. He or the lady never even acknowledged that we were standing there. Rude to say the least. I usually don’t have a problem here.
