Worst experience, they tried to make me look at dresses that I didn’t want to look at and told me these were a lot more “mature” I’m middle eastern and didn’t feel too welcomed and when I made it clear that I wanted to look at more of the flashy dress she told me ok but don’t touch any of the dresses… they lost a great customer cus I was 3 days away from my brothers wedding and I was willing to pay over 600 for a dress and due to how they treated me I will never again step foot in there..

Went to check out homecoming dresses. Limited dressing rooms so heads up you must book an appointment to try on which was a big down fall. It unfortunately had a cat urine smell in there. Lady was nice and explained how things worked briefly but it didn’t seem like a good fit for us and we were looking to try on dresses same day. Seemed like limited on hand sizes there and pricey so if you’re looking for $150 and under don’t bother but they did have a few pretty options.

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Great environment great workers, they were so nice and helpful!! They had so many styles and colors!! Everything was quality from the fabric to the detail! I walked out so happy and confident, definitely recommend 20/10‼️‼️❤️❤️

If I could give zero stars I would but the site doesn’t allow it!! I took my daughter and her friend in to see what they have for prom dresses we were followed around the store by the elderly senior woman that works there (didn’t get her name) she was very pushy and didn’t let us pick out what we wanted to try on and the ones she gave us to try on were ripped missing beads and had snares in the fabric!! When I noticed how bad the dresses were I told my daughter we will go to another store instead and this elderly woman had the nerve to tell me that this is the #1 prom dress shop in the COUNTRY LOL and there’s no way we will find something this nice any cheaper!! My guess is she hasn’t read the reviews for her own place of business and I should have read them before going there (my fault). The people working here are very rude and they talk down to you as if they are superior. I wouldn’t let my enemy shop at this store the customer service was horrible!!!!!!!! Management should take the time to read these reviews because the people that work here need to be fired!!!!!!!!

Me, my mom, and my friend went to go looking for prom dresses just because we saw the store on Google and thinking nothing of it we went in to check out what they had. While there we were constantly followed and made to try on dresses that we didn’t want to while they tried convincing us to buy dresses that were way out of our budget (they didn’t even listen when we told them) and then proceeded to get agitated with us when we finally told them that we simply couldn’t buy their damaged and overpriced gowns. The lady’s there made fun of the fact we didn’t want to spend $700+ dollars on a dress we would wear for one night and told us how we shouldn’t have come to “the best prom dress shop in the country” and to let the people at the next store we go to know what our budget is so as to not waste their time. Very rude and very humiliating, thankfully I found a dress within my budget at David’s bridal with better quality and no damages. Do not recommend going here. No wonder there was no one else shopping inside and the girls working were playing dress up when we showed up.

Great employees, however not a great selection of dresses for sizes 12 up. I recommend going to Rags to Riches if you’re looking for affordable dresses.

We drove from Lapeer to look for a Prom Dress.
Got there, needed appt., had a open appt. so looked around. Tried on some dresses. Finally found the one. Went to go up to pay. Lady was kinda rude. She said you tried on 7, we usually do 4 only. Then she said appts. are for 45 minutes, you took 1 1/2 hours. We was never told any of this. Then asked about alterations and they said they didn"t have a seamstress. The employees are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this place.

Took my daughter here to get a Prom dress and we had a great experience. We booked a fitting room prior to the visit, and everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly, and did a good job making each girl there feel special. If you’re looking for higher quality dresses, this is the place!

I put my dress in law for my son's wedding and they failed to tell me that you had to have it out in two weeks! I called in my payment as discussed and the owner told me the day I picked it up that she was going to put it back in the rake and not refund me! What is the point of law way if you have to get it out in two weeks!

Went there for a mother of the bride dress. No return policy is just not fair. I wish I would not have bought the dress and just walked away. Felt pushed into it. Should've went with my instinct. Went home and looked up dresses and found the exact one for less than half of what I paid. Price gouging here. If you like something, try it on and see if you can find it somewhere else!
