Yesterday my car overheated and I got stuck by QDP Oil & Lube in Wyandotte on eureka , my granddaughters boyfriend came and picked me up and we got anti freeze in my car. We ended up stopping in the QDP to get the car checked out. This nice young man named Adam came and helped me out. He was so generous and said even tho the shop doesn’t really fix cars , he would look at and try to fix mine. He then spent 30 mins running to 3 different shops looking for the part to fix my car. At the end he said he couldn’t find the part but i could come in the morning and he would have the part and would have my car fixed , he said he was sorry to let us down . I told him he was definitely not letting us down and had made me feel so blessed. It’s so touching to know there’s kind young people out there. He was such a good guy and such a gentleman and really really helped me out . Just wanted to let people know that this place is awesome and they have very honest and kind employees . Thank you again Adam for helping me out !!

QDP is a fantastic place to get oil changes, brake and caliper replacements. Their customer service is not only wonderful, they are genuinely honest people who take time to explain why they are doing the services they do. Great prices along with good service. Highly recommended.

Had an oil change and replaced back brake pads rotors. Adam was so nice helpful and was very thorough on explaining work done. He went beyond and checked noise I kept hearing and explained and showed me what the problem was so I would know what to expect when I take to get checked. Adam thank you so much.

Was overall disappointed in my experience (oil change and tire rotation) due to a few things, and would not recommend this shop.Spilled fluids on components/covers, didn’t ensure air filter housing fasteners were all properly seated/tightened, & used an impact on lugs which can lead to warped rotors vs torquing to spec. Takes a couple extra minutes to properly torque lugs, ensure everything is properly fastened/tightened, and to clean up any spilled fluids. Just sharing for anyone that takes their car here or is considering and might not be aware.

I’m not sure why my Dad took his cars here… they must have just been the closest place possible. They didn’t tell me about tires that had leaks and clearly were much more concerned about making some money on a slow day. I had a fuel induction process completed with new serpentine belt and timing belt replaced for $400. The “manager” gave me a whole $1.20 off my bill. ?

My first experience at QDP was Ah-mazing! I went to QDP as soon as my oil light came on, unfortunately it was super early and I was more than willing to wait till they opened at 8a, luckily by the time I got there at 715a, one of the techs was there and he took me immediately. The gentleman who helped me was super thorough and walked me through what he found. Even advised me that I should probably watch my brake pads since they look like they may be due to be changed soon. I greatly appreciated that. I 100% recommend this place and will never go anywhere else now!Please send my thanks to Jason, he was the real MVP and he has secured a new very loyal customer.Service: Oil change

got my own brakes and brought it in for these Guys to put on labor wasnt to expensive. Talked to me through the whole process. Good piece synthetic oil change.

Great place for an oil change. They don’t push anything on you like most places do. It didn’t feel scammy at all. Over all would recommend!

Service was great, had me out withing 15 minutes with everything. I was surprised by the price because my car takes an extra quart of oil and full syn was still only 60! I will be backServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

Seriously impressed by QDP oil and lube center. I feel totally confident this place did a good job. The guy completely went over the car and gave me a report of things to keep my eye on and status of my brakes and battery. Use the $5 coupon that was delivered in the mail. I will definitely return I think you earned yourself of new customer.

Had a customer come into the Serra Saginaw quick lube after going here and said that she was told that they could not get the oil filter off because it was "too tight" they charged her for the completeoil change but did not change the filter. On top of that they didnt clear any of the service lights while she was there.We had the oil filter out in not even 30 seconds so it honestly sounds like pure laziness to me..... I would not ever recommend bringing your vehicle here and would go to Serra for a truly amazing service.

New owners raised the price again. It was 25$ for years. Then they raised it to 30$. Now it's 37$. Came in for an oil change only, tried to sell me an air filter. Didn't check my tires or fill my washer fluid. Time to fin a new place ?♂️Service: Oil change
