RUN! These people are thieves!
I purchased a 2013 Ford f150 here. Everything seemed good, my mechanic was not available.
3 days later I get to take it to my mechanic bc if some noises.
Short & sweet
I'm forced to fix wheel bearings, 2 lower control arms, front end alignment, oil change, plugs, valve cover gaskets(its badly leaking oil), replace turbo coolant lines(another bad leak) and replace turbos, new rear brakes. My mechanic will cut me alittle break and cover all of this for $7500.00. It'll still need a trans flush.
Engine compartment was clean & fluids were accurate during test drive so this was all covered up.
If it wasn't for prison, I would go back & pay Jeff a visit!

DONT PURCHASE FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE STUCK WITH A FAULTY CAR. Within 1 week of purchase, the 2013 Ford Escape I got has overheated 3 times and had the coolant light come on multiple times. The first day before even signing the paperwork, I notified them that the coolant light came on as well as the radio shutting down and not powering back on. I was told they’d look at it and top it off as it was just the windshield fluid. Not even 24 hours after picking it up, My car was stalling and telling me to pull over because the engine was overheating and the radio said it had no files to run for me to even listen to FM radio. I contacted them immediately and they said to get it back to them so they could get it checked out. They claimed it was a faulty sensor (mind you the car fax said nothing about a sensor needing to be replaced or having damage to where that makes sense in the 100k miles it had been driven from the prior owner). I get it back, didnt even have the car 2 more days before the engine stalled again with the overheating sensor popping up again. I had to pay $104 for the tow to get home & to get it to the lot the next day. They refuse to buy it back & claim the sensor was faulty again. There is absolutely no way I’d recommend them to anyone. As a mother of a 1 year old, the cars they have are super unsafe

Purchase the car yesterday, drove it for about 4 hours check engine light came on. The car barely accelerates won't go over 50 mph it chokes constantly and it sounds terrible even at idle, they refuse to even pay for repairs let alone a refund.(I wouldn't recommend this place, I tried to be cautious I test drove the car, I read history from the vin, I even brought a scanner to scan the car. My gues is that they erased all codes with a scanner of their own which usually makes all codes and errors disappear for a certain amount of time/miles then problems start coming back. When test driving they didn't allow me to go very far specifying to stay close by. I'm not sure how they did it but they got me, I spend all my savings on this and I could not regret it more.)
