We had two bathrooms updated simultaneously in our home built in 1923. Despite the competing challenges, we are extremely happy with the results which were well worth waiting for. Kudos to Bill the main contractor who performed excellent tile work and Rich, who coordinated all facets of the two concurrent projects at minimal inconvenience to us. We love both of our new bathrooms!

Countertops are skillfully made. The owners and employees are very helpful. Note: credit card purchases have 3% fee. Bring cash, check or money order to prevent being charged the credit card fee.

Spoke with a sales person named Jeff Rydlicki, and he was not friendly or responsive at all. Tried setting up an estimate for our kitchen remodel and after a few weeks of little to no communication, gave up and moved on. Read the other reviews and do yourself a favor and work with someone else.

We had our kitchen countertop, full backsplash, stainless steel sink, faucet and garbage disposal replaced. We went with Quartz because of the good reviews. KDI in Wyandotte offered many options. We were able to take samples home to match up with our cabinets. We were told it might take 2 to 3 months, but within a month, everything was ready to start. Everyone was great from when we walked in the door to the finish. They were always helpful with our questions and everyone that came out was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After searching for a contractor we choose KDI, we signed the contract on 5-21-21 and the job was complete on 7-18-22.During the wait Kathleen was able to help us with the design and provided layout plans and renderenings of the kitchen, she was very helpful.Jeff our salesman proved to be helpful along the way whenever I couldn't reach anyone at KDI I relied on Jeff.We had several installers throught the process Greg, Billy, Bob and Rich the project manager. All of them helped to complete the job.Although the project took a long time we ended up with the design, materials and installation we anticipated and are very satisfied with the results.Tip, stay in contact with your salesman, ours was Jeff.Service: Remodeling

It's too soon to tell. I am meeting with the designer next week. However they did not contact me back after they came out to my house for the initial measurements. I had to contact them which was very disappointing. A whole month had gone by.

We just finished a remodel for our kitchen and are very pleased with the outcome. The Livonia office helped me put together my choices to fit into my vision of what I wanted. My worker Bill and his partner were great. The workmanship was very good! And he was very good about returning texts and keeping us well informed on the next steps as we went along. It took a bit longer than I expected due to material delays due to Covid , but all in all it was a good experience. The only thing I would caution anyone is to think through their hardware choices carefully. My cabinets are longer than my previous ones and once installed I knew I needed to rethink my hardware . In the end it's exactly what I wanted. Merry Christmas to us! ❤️❤️

We would highly recommend KDI with any kitchen remodeling. Everyone did excellent workmanship and especially Bill for going above and beyond. Thanks KDI we love are new kitchen.
