I took my truck to Gerber collision for some body repairs and I’m pretty happy with the results. They did a good job updating us every couple days to let’s us know the progress being made I would definitely go to them again if I had to for more body work.

Gerber did a fantastic job and made sure I knew what was going on with my car throughout the entire process. I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and had it back first thing Friday morning.

I'm starting to think Gurber is incompetent i have called and visited the shop in person 3 times just to see what's happening with my vehicle
They haven't done anything that they said they will one excuse after another instead of just fixing my vehicle! I'm Not a happy customer, I would not recommend Gurber Collision if you need anything for your vehicle to be repaired!

I needed to have my bumper and rear quarter panel replaced. The staff was very friendly. Gerber gave me a daily update on the progress of the work being done. They said my vehicle would be done by Friday and it was. Hopefully I don’t need body work again. But if I did I would come back here. I also will be recommending to friends and family.

First and foremost my vehicle was finished a week before estimate date. Got my vehicle on time and expected. Very nice work. I was informed every step on their progress. All the personnel are very professional and very nice.

I had to bring my car in for some bumper damage (scratched paint) and to get some plastic bumper pieces replaced. First time they told me it would take 4-5 days, I got it back in 2 weeks. When I went to pick up my car thank god I checked it because they didn’t replace the pieces they pointed out and said they wanted to fix and they decided to paint right over the scratches rather than filling them in. I told them I wasn’t happy and they informed me they would order the part. They then asked me to not fill out a survey or review until I let them fix their work. The part took about 2 weeks to come in and I was PROMISED (their words not mine) that I would have it back by the 4th. Thats 3 days. I asked will I actually get it back by the 4th or are you going to have it for 2 weeks again and they said they guarantee because it’s going to be “top priority” and “won’t be sitting waiting a week to be painted”. Today is the 5th and I called so see the status, to which I was informed that their tech will be in later and would be starting to put it together. I reminded them my car was supposed to be ready yesterday and he said yeah we’ll call you. Not feeling great about what the state of my car is going to be and if it’s even going to be fixed this time. OH YEAH and when they mess up you still have to pay the whole bill before they fix anything, or you have to be without your car for however long until the part comes in.

Kept my car in their shop for a week after they said it would take 3 to 4 days, only a small amount of damage on the front bumper and when I got the car back, the only thing they did was repaint the bumper and fix the main scratch, they didn’t fix the panel gap or The damaged plastics around the fenders.
It’s one thing to give a car back days after you said you would, it’s another thing to not even fix the damage. It’s actually embarrassing, it makes me think that the guys that are working in that shop don’t fully know what they’re doing, and if they do They should be embarrassed of themselves to be fair.
Dropped the car off again, three days ago and was told that I would be able to pick it up by the end of the week, and haven’t heard an update since about it. If you were thinking about sending your car here or your insurance wants you to send your car here I would honestly think twice about it, I see they have really good reviews on Google here, but I would be surprised, if there hasn’t been multiple occasions like this, they tried to get one over on a client. Take your business elsewhere, or double check their work because it looks like they’re really not trying to please their customers.

I would recommend Gerber Collisions in Wyandotte any day they were VERY PROFESSIONAL they updated me on car they did a GREAT job on my car I’m very SATISFIED I’m happy I didn’t go anywhere else
