Terrible communication. Horrible actually. And I haven’t even received my products yet. I paid for expedited services on December 22nd and here it is December 27th and I still don’t have my products. I go up to the shop and then they have a sign on the door saying we’re closed from December 24th until January 2nd. WHEN WERE YOU GUYS GOING TO COMMUNICATE THAT! What did I pay an extra $45 for expedited services for if they’re not expedited. They told me I would have them before Christmas, well clearly that wasn’t accurate because I have to wait until after January 2nd to get my products now. Will not ever come here again. Paid $135 to have a shirt and a hat embroidered! Just for me not to even receive them in time after I told them I needed it by Christmas. A waste of $135. Why was I charged $135 to get 2 products done anyway.

This place is wonderful! I used to get my golf league trophy flags embroidered for $65 somewhere else, and they can do the job for $26.50 and the quality is much better!

Cannot say enough good things about Joy and the terrific job she did on the shirts for my friends family reunion. I came in with an idea and she executed the design brilliantly. The family came from all over the world and everyone loved the shirts

They doubled the price on items you bring to them for embroidering from $7.50 to $15.00 and added a hundred dollar minimum. Eliminating small business owners from their business model. I was told they are a franchise and can't afford the cost of making errors on items they don't sell directly. I guess I am looking for a new embroidery company and will no longer be able to work with this local company. I had referred several people to them in the past 3 years. The people I referred were also small business owners and are no longer part of their business model.

There was a slight snag with my order, but Lori made sure it was completed on time and the quality was exactly as they had promised. Definitely will be returning to do more business with them!
