I have been with Larry Stec at EW for a couple years now and do not plan to change. He has been very transparent and accommodating. The mobile option for payment reminders/information has been very useful as well!

DO NOT GO HERE!Nancy lied to me when I was trying to close out my account and waisted both mine and my father’s time.When I attempted to complain to the owner about it, he literally just walked away after trying to gaslight me, and claim it was a misunderstanding, even after I quoted back word for word the conversation.This place is disgusting and I am reporting them to the stare.

E.W. Smith Wyandotte is a joke. My insurance increased by hundreds over dollars over 1 year time. With no help to try and get your payment lowered. I got a cashier's check to pay my bill, when I went in they told me I had to mail. It was due the day I tried to pay it, their suggestion was "well you can make out a personal check to pay now." All the money for my car insurance is in the cashier's check that I had made out to the company they told me to. So now it's going to be late with another couple hundred tacked on. Please take your business elsewhere.
