Took defective product back, had the product and receipt and they wouldn't do anything. Called manufacturer and they are issuing a full refund. Hoods could have done this.

Purchased a bug zapper , got home note inside box said they took the charging cord for the register. Called phone number on receipt ; fake number 7342843648. Check your purchases for tampering at this store. Won't be back

Hood's is something straight out of Mayberry in the best way. I absolutely love it and always try them first before a big box hardware. It's family run and they are all awesome humans that are extraordinarily knowledgeable.Super helpful every time I go in. Also, the gift section of this hardware store is incredible! If you live anywhere downriver and need a quick gift that's reasonably priced, they have an entire section of candles, unusual kitchen trinkets, yard art and a lot more. Highly recommend!

I have found Hood's to be an asset! Friendly and knowledgeable staff - always willing to help... will even take the time to go to another staff if they don't have the answer themselves. The knowledge and help I've received there is priceless and has saved me a couple times from having to hire a professional.

They only hire ignorant know it all assholes tell you you can return a product if it doesn't work. Guy laughed in my face and said what do you expect me to do. Just a thought if planning on going here don't go to ace they're awesome. Hoods i rather hire my 3 yr old with a sledge hammer to fix my sink then trust them again. Once again hoods i rather trust a monkey then trust anyone at hoods
