My childhood is littered with traumatic memories of being dragged here from the time I was a toddler until it was old enough to avoid being brought along with my parents. But as I've grown up, I really come to love this place, and visit whenever I can, though I am rarely this part of town these days.
It is definitely a diamond in the rough for menswear, and I would rather go here for anything fancier than a t-shirt than to any mall I can think of, at least to start. It's focused, has friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and often you can find a steal on their discount racks if they are doing any inventory reduction. Highly recommend it.

Evan and staff worked hard for me making sure everything fit right and to my expectation. I could tell the staff was passionate and knowledgeable about their craft, leaving me feeling well informed about every decision I made.

Evan was horrible and everyone I talk to seems to have a bad similar experience with him. He told me the colors I was choosing for my wedding looked like everyone was going to be walking into a funeral and my dad had just passed away 3 months ago. I didn’t need that image.

Wedding nightmare.If you “don’t like the suit business” as you said, do people a favor and do something else because now we have the after math to deal with.Also as I’m ironing some of the guys shirts, I’m discovering that they are dirty with dirty brown sweat marks! Father of bride and father of groom had two different color ties which we have to pay to have pictures edited now. Spoke with owner and all he did was pass blame on to us (the men must have been unclean, seriously!). It looked like a5 year old had hand stitched the alterations. I could go on with all the issues we had but the most upsetting part was the owner…. Arrogant, no respect, no apologies, no concern!If you don’t want wedding nightmares, avoid this place.

I took my g-son to get a tux for homecoming. There were none available for that weekend. Salesman suggested we might consider buying a suit instead. He had one on clearance at an excellent price. He marked the pants for alterations and said they would be ready in about a week.

What a great locally owned business! A promise given is a promise delivered. We truly appreciate the late night and perfect suit for our son, Parker. He looked very handsome at our friends wedding last Saturday and stole the show on the dance floor. Thanks Again we will be back.

Chelsea menswear has a phenomenal selection & a very knowledgeable staff. They work personally with each customer to find what fits their needs, we had a minor suit emergency and they worked with us to get it figured out after we lost a pair of dress pants. Their suits photograph so well for weddings. Top notch service, we can’t recommend them enough!
