I love this chase bank ! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always make sure to say hey and call me by my name. Sarah and CJ always hold a conversation too while helping me. Great employees !

The people are cool in the bank. It's the closest Chase Bank to my house. I use the ATMs all the time. They are out of commission on a regular basis. They definitely need to renovate and upgrade their technology.

I will be closing my account with this bank they caused an issue with a payment in my account which cost me additional money I had to pay from their MISTAKE and all I got was an apology it was nothing they could do to correct their mistake! Don’t bank with Chase

The ATM’s (both) were not able to dispense cash again last night. This happens way too often. People need cash on Friday night. Not an empty ATM. Put another machine there or put more money in the ATM . It does no good to have a machine inside when the branch is closed.

Went to this branch today with my grandson, daughter & son-in-law to open a new savings account for my grandson. Keep in mind they have a sign up saying that “May have to limit your coins” and I am seated with a large jar of rolled coin with other folding cash to deposit and open a new account.I was asked if we had an appointment, really? To open an account and give you a gift of rolled coin that you are always asking for. No, I did not have an appointment, and was told at 3 pm that there was now absolutely no one in building that take my money and open a new account.I guess I should thank them seeing that they raised mortgage rates less then 24 hours after the last Fed rate hike but still pay a pitiful 0.01% on savings and 0.02 on checking.If I count my mortgage and credit card I currently have over $150k in business with this bank, and you can’t make 20 minutes with someone to open a new account? Pathetic customer service.Looking for a new bank now to move my deposits to that will appreciate me as a customer.
