Once they must have been good. Now.... They have burnt pants... Pants! Broke every button on several shirts. Two stats because the Wyandotte location actually did try to be fair a few times. Their Grosse Ile extension.... Forget them. Really.

I walked in with some clothes and jackets to be Dry Cleaned and the man at the counter said go home and wash them yourself because its a lot cheaper to throw them all in your washing machine and clothes dryer which I was shocked he did Not want my business so I took all of my clothes and walked out and I have never came back!

Should have followed my instincts and left on the first day when I took my items in. The counter person was new-very nice, but had not been trained well and was left alone. She gave me a ticket with someone else's name on it. We fix the account info and I'm soon on my way. I return to pick up my curtains a week later and the man at the counter is RUDE beyond belief. My curtains are not done, evidently they are unable to provide the service. I wouldn't have cared if they weren't pleat pressed but they never bothered to call and let me know. He said "she tried to call", but I have no missed calls or messages. There were no other apologies or explanations. I will take my business to an establishment that will appreciate it

Wow, was recommended this place by a friend. I should have followed my first mind and turned around and left when the old man who was the clerk would not even look at me until I asked him a question! Then he asked me how I heard about them. Was going to ask my friend to pick up my clothes as I didn't even want to go back in there! I went back though, different clerk who at least had good demeanor and customer service skills. No diversity skills in this family run establishment.

I took 3 of my husband''s dress shirts here to be pressed. 2 of the shirts were ruined. They shrunk the sleeves of 1 and burnt some sort of sticky plastic on the other. They did nothing to compensate me. The 3rd shirt still had ring around the collar when I picked it up even though they assured me they would try to get it out. I was able to get it out with a little scrubbing so they obviously didn't bother doing anything about the ring around the collar. I would never recommend thesee cleaners to anyone nor will they ever get anymore of my business.
