I had a problem with my pool heater, they came out, even though I wasn’t available to be on site, they assessed the problem and hopefully I’ll be able to solve the issues with their help. They were very accommodating and very thorough, they even fixed the door on my pump house that wasn’t closing correctly!

Terrible company! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! We got our pool installed by arrow pools about 2 years ago. The initial process was fine, but once it was installed it was one problem after another. The spillover from my hot tub to my pool was a fiasco in itself. It took 3 tries to get it right and it still isn’t right. It is rusted and John said to clean it with the brushs he gave me last year. They do not work. I’ve tried everything to get it clean and nothing works. He said he would reach out to the company who made it to see what they can do. I’m still waiting for that phone call from a month ago and I’m sure I will never hear back.
The most recent issues were during opening of my pool this year. The guys came out the day they were supposed to, all seemed fine. After they left, I realized they did not fill the muriatic acid tank, even after I left them 3 gallons of the acid to use. So, I filled it myself, and it wasn’t dispensing. I then realized the tank was not hooked up and not even plugged in! ? I called them and the only helpful person was the lady who answered the phone. She is new and helped me more in the last few weeks than anyone at this company has in the last 2 years. She apologized and said she would let them know.
A week later , the filter wasn’t Working. I called again and John came out this time. He checked everything(or so I thought) and left with it working for that moment, I would come to find out later it wasn’t. Also, while he was at my home , I told him how disappointed I was in his employees and that they didn’t open my pool correctly at all. Not once did he apologize or offer anything. Just excuses as to why it wasn’t done. Basically all they did was take the cover off and shock it. I could of done that and saved $400. After John left, a few days later, the pump stopped working again. Instead of calling them back, I reached out to another company who came out that same day and discovered the probes for the dispensing the ph were not hooked up either. They fixed it and it’s been working fine since.
This is completely unacceptable as a business who has been installing and repairing pools for 30 years. They do not care about their customers at all and it definitely shows. I would not recommend Arrow pools to my worst enemy! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!

They came out so quickly and got the job done. Told them ahead of time what my issue was and they came prepared with the proper tools and replacements. Really appreciated the quick efficient service

I don’t give many five star reviews. If you follow me, you know that. They do a great job. Repairing my pool equipment as needed. More importantly, they spend time to educate on reasons things go wrong. I have an inground pool that I keep at a very high temperature so it’s always a balancing act with chemicals. The guys know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Called Arrow for a minor repair on a lateral assembly in the filter. They came out and “repaired” the lateral assembly… so we thought. When we attempted to contact them back to let them know that it was not repaired, we get no response. The only way to contact them is via Facebook, or email. No one answers the phone. It’s been a week with no response. Would not recommend this company for repairs. Good luck even getting anyone to respond!Services: Swimming pool equipment repair

They were supposed to help my widowed mom open her pool June 1st. Didn’t show up, then rescheduled to June 3rd, they didn’t show up again.

Our pool became a disastrous project that started on May 1, 2018 that another pool company caused, just like that in the middle of a pandemic and in a timely manner, ARROW POOLS, fixed and completed this project for our son with Autism, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Very Disappointed...
I got a few quotes for a semi-inground pool installation and arrow was right about in the middle. When the estimate was written it was written as "three day install", "installed and buried". I got a jump start with a quote in early spring for a May install. When the time for the install came, I got a call and was told "the crew will be there first thing tomorrow morning". I took time off work and nobody showed. I called the office multiple times with no return calls. The next morning, I get a call saying, "we'll be there shortly", and nobody showed again. This went on and happened many times over the next four weeks. They forgot to pull permits, forgot to call miss dig, forgot to call me let me know of delays, argued that they weren't supposed to bury the pool when the quote says "buried", light had to be replaced (replacement was also broken), the hole was dug too shallow and had to be re-dug, they didn't want to bury the pool, too many issues to list.
Long story short, my "three day install" took 28 days. I took a bunch of time off work to oversee the work and ensure that the job was done right and nobody would ever show up.
I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for an installer. Arrow was terrible at communicating, never showed up when they said they would, didn't return calls, didn't refund or discount me anything after the terrible job they did, tried to back out of doing work they quoted, and needed supervision to ensure the job got done and done right. BEWARE OF ARROW!
