Friendly enviorment in they offer cleaning services so u don't have to wash ur self they will pick uo wash in drop off if ur busy but nice in clean inside kind employees in clothes come out fantastic great machines

I came here today, and definitely will be returning! I was going to Mclean in flat rock, but for the last couple months there it seems to have lost the grand opening friendly feel, and it's not 24 hrs so when I came here to super suds, it was clean and nice, and cheaper! That is a big difference! I will just make this Laundromat my new home! Thank you for being awesome!

Carrie was very helpful. I had several comforters that needed washing. She assisted me in getting washers as the large capacity washer was in use. She answered my questions (yep, you guessed it, I do not do this on a regular basis???). And she provided me with an item that I needed. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you Carrie.

Our washer broke so I came here multiple times to get our wash done. It was clean, had plenty of machines, and helpful tables for folding as well. So grateful for this awesome resource close to home to help us in our time of need! Parking was great, and it has a handicap accessible entrance.

I've been coming to this laundry mat for over 5 years since I moved to the downriver area & I’ve never had a problem until they hired the new worker Theresa(blonde-haired lady). She’s disrespectful, crude & overall the worst person to work with the public. She is the type of woman who should never work in customer service because she has the absolute worst personality for it. I asked her to clean out a washer for me, which other employees have done before she said no. When I said I’d clean it out myself, I used Pine Sol & she kept telling me not to use Pine-Sol (which I always use) on the stainless steel & when I told her that she blew up on me & insulted me. She even called the police! She told the dispatch “She’s Black & she’s standing here cleaning out the machine.” It was completely racist & discriminatory, & all because I asked her to do her job & she threw a tantrum. That blonde-haired lady is psycho & a menace to society. I wouldn’t be surprised if she did something like this again, or worse. I stopped spending my money at this laundry mat because of her disgusting attitude towards me as the customer.

We were on a short vacation about 650 miles from home on our motorcycle. We had packed light with plans to wash clothes while in the Detroit area. We found this place and checked it out. The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. She was very friendly with regular customers and even checked in with us several times to make sure we were doing ok. The whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place as it was clean, everything was in working condition and a very friendly atmosphere!

I can't believe the level of disrespect I encountered at this laundry mat. When I inquired about the change machine issue, the worker treated me like I was a criminal mastermind trying to steal a measly quarter. The audacity to accuse me of lying was beyond appalling. If I wanted to make up a story, trust me, it wouldn't be about a single quarter. The worker's attitude was not only rude but also completely uncalled for. I'll never step foot in this place again, and I suggest others avoid it unless they're looking for a lesson in customer mistreatment.

If I could give a half star more, I would.I appreciate the 24/7 and the affordability of this place. Seems fairly clean, all machines seem to be working as they should pretty much anytime I’m here.What I genuinely do not like is the weird / dirty looks from staff. Please stop scaring off customers just because you don’t like the way they look. Everyone of all shapes, sizes, colours, genders and styles gotta wash their clothes. What we don’t need is rude staff glaring at us when we pass by. If I give you a smile and you’re still looking at me like I’m a Disney villain, that says stuff about you maam (blonde haired woman) I wish this wasn’t an always all the time occurance but unfortunately it is. Feels very awkward and uncomfortable when I’m washing my clothes just like every other human and being stared down by an employee. It’s not like she’s looking to make sure I’m not stealing.. (what is there to steal? SUDS???!!!) ????Please hire nicer humans to work in public spaces. Not everyone has to look like you, talk like you, or be like you. Be nice because it’s right and you’re literally at work, it’s your job silly. ?

Absolutely ridiculous and poor service from Theresa as well as the owner Jason (unless the employees just never told the owner).Had laundry pick up for the week of 6/5/2023 before a trip. Got my clothes back, or so I thought. I gave them six bags of clothes - received three large bags back which I thought was kind of odd.Upon going through them realized a ton of my lululemon, alphalete, and other items were missing.. along with the fact I got back a ton of someone else's clothing. Immediately called and was told the only other drop off that day was for a CHARITY - and then the stories just kept changingAbsolutely zero resolution for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN CLOTHING!!!It is now 7/8/2023 and I just spoke with Theresa again who honestly dared tell me that I didn't give them those clothes (ah yes, clothes I specifically wanted washed for a trip) and that I ripped the bag open that had the others clothes in them (weird because you put some of MINE IN THERE?!?!?!?!?) as if ANY OF THIS IS MY FAULT. Then also told me I was yelling in her ear, which I was not yelling.. She should see my yelling. Being stern and wanting a resolution for a TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT STOLE CLOTHES FROM ME is not being rude or yelling. She tried to tell me how she "feels" about it. I simply told her I don't care about her feelings, I want a resolution.

So happy to have a 24hr option when my dryer broke at 9:30 pm on a weeknight. Clean, well lit, and quick drying machines! 30 mins was plenty, 2 dryers for 2 loads. Cost me $2!
