The teller was extremely friendly. I had a problem with my account and their fraud department caught it quickly and my funds were returned to me by end of business.

This bank has to be the most unreliable and unprofessional bank I've ever dealt with. My debit cards never worked they would always decline with money in the account. We switched cards numerous times and it never made a difference. Dealing with the staff is a joke as many of them are just as miserable as the bank itself. Customer service is outsourced. There are much more reliable banks in the area. We switched to Huntington and things significantly improved.

Their ATM is so old-fashioned you need to deposit the money or a check into an envelope so you have to wait 3 days. I only went here because I was in the area otherwise I won't do it again. Wwfcu in Westland isn't like this. This is 2023 not 1981.

Prolly the best decision I ever made was joining this Credit Union. They helped me get my credit back on track and always willing to help in any way they can. I read the other comments and I just beg to differ. These ladies are always cordial and ready to help you with your banking. They have holidays jist like any other. They stay open late on Wed and open on Every Sat. Thanks Shore to Shore for bring there for me. I trust you...with my banking!

This is the worst credit union I have ever had to deal with. They randomly decide to close early some days and nobody ever answers the phone for customer service. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

When i was about 18 i opened an account here and started to tranfer an inherentence i had gotten. Upon my second visit to the bank to begin making deposits via chashieers checks from the first bank. The woman behind the counter directly accused me of fraud and called my other bank. When they told her how many thousands i had her tone completely changed. Too bad it was too late. I didnt deposit that check infact i immediately closed my account and have never gone back.

Would not recommend for anyone who is young and looking for assistance. Terrible service , rude staff, and the loan officers are completely unhelpful and useless. I should have just gone to a big bank with a higher interest rate than deal with their unprofessionalism & lack of knowledge. Go to a big bank and save yourself the trouble

I absolutely love this credit union, they notify me when anything is suspicious on my debit card use and were quick to take care of an activity that was taken from my account by a company that I did not even affiliate with no questions asked. All the tellers working there are friendly and very efficient. Have always recommended this credit union and will continue to do so!!
